I... I am just lost for words. I cannot believe that he has been ranting for fuckin 20+ minutes about Tevin, BEGGING his viewership to flag his channel. He keeps talking about some deep cover people who are apparently, “the wrong people to mess with.”

I swear, if Twitch turns a blind eye to this shit, they are the biggest fucking cucked faggots on the planet and deserve to have their shit hugbox of a platform rot from the inside out.
Why are you surprised Twitch doesn't care what a nobody does? This isn't the first time Phil has said dumb shit and people have yelled "SURELY THIS WILL STOP DRUM-i mean PHIL". Just sit back and watch the pig squeal. If it becomes too nauseating I suggest following a few other lolcows to alleviate the focus.

You really have to appreciate Phil's passive-aggressive, roundabout way of getting Tevin flag-fagged:
>You'll pay but I won't be the one
>Whoa SOME FANS messaged me and said we're gonna take steps to get this guy
>OK well good luck with that but I have nothing to do with that, want to know nothing about it *wink wink*
Twitch protects this idiot why again?

phil literally thinks his dad almost died because of his 10 year legacy
and he never mentioned it until now

he is literally comparing having someone restream your stream, to gang violence
having a magic internet black man say he doesn't like you is 9/11 times pearl harbor times every school shooting.

wouldnt surprise me by the way hes talking if he said something like how he constantly gets on the net and gets harassed and yet pushes forward, that hes more brave than the soldiers on D-Day

I'm just catching up, but Phil tipped his hand a little hard in his rant today. He said that Tevin avoids punishment because he doesn't archive his streams. First of all, Teivn does, he just usually leaves them unlisted so you can only see them if you have the link. Thanks to those that sent the Halloween stream my way, by the way.

But more importantly, as we have speculated and others have alluded to, this is exactly what Phil does. He frequently says inflammatory things between his YT recordings and in his chat, and then strikes his Twitch archives ASAP, often even for streams where he claims he will leave them up for a while. He really does believe that if he takes the archive down, he can't get caught by Twitch for doing anything suspect. He once mentioned Twitch told him they won't 'view third party sources' when investigating, meaning that even if detractors catch it, Twitch won't view it. Then he has the nerve to turn around and say Tevin has found a loophole that has made him impervious to reports. He's salty because Tevin has allegedly exploited the same loophole that he uses. He even uses Twitch's vernacular to describe what Tevin does. So stupidly transparent.

Phil's second Twitch ban implies that this is not fully effective anyway. So that's probably also making him extra salty, because Twitch has punished him, and yet Youtube won't hurt Tevin in the same way. For such a badass whistleblower who won't be silenced, Phil has sure become a little rule monger on Twitch, willing to prostrate himself for their protection.

Unrelated, but a few people talking on Drgnkiller's twitter have alluded to Phil mentioning that he keeps a gun in the glovebox of his car. Did I miss this? And are we sure he didn't mean throwing axe?

if thats so, then he could be breaking the law. even if you have a permit. the gun must be unloaded and the ammo out of reach, like in the trunk. thats washingtons law

Dave having a gun in his car is not scary. We've seen his aim in shooting games.

Dave getting behind the wheel without his glasses is truly frightening. He can't see worth shit and would be checking his cell phone while driving in the wrong lane.

Luckily he doesn't drive.
