When November 6th happens, it will effectively weaken the Democratic Party since Kevin McCarthy, if and when the Republicans retain the House, is all in for the wall as he introduce a bill that full funds the wall. As for Obama himself, his mediocre legacy has been largely stabled by Obamacare, which is getting weaker and weaker. I could see the Republicans in 2019 introduce a new healthcare bill that totally removes Obamacare, making Obama meaningless as a president.
