Playtime's over. Time for Chris to go inpatient. This isn't a well person. This is a person on the course of becoming a real danger to himself and others.
What actually needs to happen:
1) Chris needs to go to the ER stat.
2) He needs to come clean about everything: The dimensions, Meghan, all the bullshit, the depression, and the anxiety.
3) He needs to go to the inpatient, which they will likely recommend with a diagnosis of depression or anxiety as the primary admitting dx. You're welcome.
Null, Captain, or Marvin: You guys are the only ones I can imagine could get this done.

Chris comes back to Megan because she is closest thing to a relationship in his past. This is it for him. Megan exploited him, was the leader of the trolls, and convinced greedy Jew Michael Snyder to ban Chris from Game Place, yet they were friends and there was a good chance that Megan would bear Crystal Chandler. She is the best he can have. None of the other "gal pals" held such a high place in the heart of CWC.

He most likely goes to an Informed Consent clinic. Basically he signs a waiver that states the medical staff is absolved of all liability if he fucks his body up (HRT is notorious for an increased risk of stroke and heart attack).

No clue. He's never had a very strong sex drive, so it might be hard to tell.
Chris was prescribed actual HRT by a medical doctor a couple years ago. I'm guessing a combination of doctor shopping and/or informed consent, as @Mesh Gear Fox noted.
