Fun fact;

They can't take his tugboat away/dock money off it. But you can actually serve jail time. Of course, if this was related to student loans and involved federal money in any way, that can actually lead to a federal garnish to pay back such loans. <Given it's not a government agency, I believe that is ruled out>

On the other hand, if Chris is transferring his SSI/SSDI which ever it is from the default account it goes into, to another bank account, where he receives money from his ebegging etc? That would be fair fucking game. Especially if this is a situation where he has been told to pay up or face jail time before. They might court order garnishing from his bank account and all of that. Since the bank has no way of knowing which transaction is what, he can't claim his SSI was stolen.

Then again he might shit him self in court and nothing will happen and they won't toss him in debtor's prison situation. Even though it happens to people who actually work and all their money is tied up in supporting their family and they missed a payment by a few weeks..

If the gov't finds out Chris has multiple bank accounts, he's fucked hard. They will demand money back or he's getting significant jail time.

Lol, Chris has barely anything by the end of the month and his income is nongarnishable. He's the teflon tard, you'd have better luck suing a ham sandwich.

This isn't 17th century Georgia. Debtor's prison isn't a thing. Edit: Unless it's failure to pay child support.

I don't know if you get thrown into jail or prison if you fail multiple court mandated payment situations. I just know you can be thrown into one or the other for it if the court basically goes 'Fuck it we're sick of you not paying. Sit 90 days and consider that paying off debt was the better choice.'

Then again, Chris might start the CPU Pony Wank Goddess titty cult in the system then.

All he needed to do was pay minimum but he couldn't even do that, so good on someone doing something about it. Now let's see how many whiteknights will get upset over this post

Someone should convince him to start his religion and get a tax exempt status that he damn well deserves for being the spiritual leader of the lolcows.

If Chris goes to prison will be be put with the men or women?

If its the men will be be raped?

If its the women will start groping?
There is actually now serious ethical and legal concerns going on about that. Some guy had multiple sexual assault and rape cases against him, when he was finally nailed for it, he had transitioned like our boy Chris. So they put him in a female prison. Where he committed..more assaults and attempted rapes.

Chris though wouldn't be in the general system, I think he'd likely end up in a ward and undersupverized care. I can't fathom any prison/jail not realizing he needs it. I think if it came to a serious stay in any thing but the local lock up they'd realize he's a fucking whack job and needs help.

What interests me is that they're suing Christian Chandler and not Christine (which is his legal name), like how old is that debt?

One interesting thing - possible :powerlevel: warning - that I learnt from my time working with the civil service is that, in court, 'legally' changed names and names changed by deed poll don't mean shit. You go to court, then the barristers etc will address you as 'Mr Shitname, born John Bloggs Smith' and there ain't nothing you can do about it except fume. To the Law, there are NO deadnames. It's not that much of an ass. Not sure if it's different in the States, mind.

Just stop the speculation of Chris being imprisoned, OK? Unless Chris is judged to be in contempt for not showing up or chimping out in court, he ain't going to jail over this. And he won't do either, his short stint already scared him shitless of going back.

I bet even if his imaginary husbands and wives "told" him to blow it off or act out he'd temporarily drop the cartoon spouses bullshit real quick.

Autism wouldn't save Chris from jail time if it's a serious felony like fraud. Other mental diagnoses, possibly, but I doubt it. The State doesn't care if you're really weird.

Chris doesn't belong in a ward or constant care. That's for people in imminent danger to themselves or others. These places are already too filled to have a harmless dipshit like Chris.
