🐮 Lolcow Russell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner

689 Vine Street is a pretty nice house. According to voter records, Paul Lopez lives there. Didn’t Russell mention a Paul Lopez in his document as not wanting to give an affidavit for fear of trolls?
Ahem, the real reason Paul would not be offering Russell any help...

The 'stolen money' and 'fraudulent inducement' claim came about after Paul terminated Russ's tenancy and Russ reckoned he was owed some rent back for the fact that whilst he was still living there the washing machine broke down and it took a couple of weeks to be repaired, meaning Russ had to wash his clothes in the bathtub on one occasion (he posted a photo of the event on his old insta page), which totally amounts to theft and fraudulent inducement...

Another lie from Honest Russ.

I love that he cites a journal article coauthored by Gavin de Becker, whose firm specializes in keeping creeps like Russ far away from celebrities and monitoring said creeps for signs of becoming actually dangerous. Moebius has apparently 100% impaired Russ's sense of irony, or maybe it's just his Head Tightening Syndrome.

Russ has a different address in the document header, but it’s a packaging business. So he didn’t give his real address anywhere in this document, afaik. Gonna be hard for them to send him those millions.

I wonder when he finds out his service isn’t valid? Maybe his retaliation against Paul is the start.

Russell: *torrent of autism that is textual diarrhea nearly a hundred pages long*

Actual Lawyer: "This shit doesn't even legally apply to anyone, no one has been served, this guy can go fuck off" (takes 2 pages to say)
So you know, the info for such a motion is a) plaintiff served defendant with complaint on such and such a date; b) date to respond under the rule is X; c) defendant has failed to respond by such date; d) therefore defendant is in default.

So Russ failed to do any of that including serving the defendant, then spewed 91 pages of angst.

Defendant just said "lol you dumbfuck, you never served defendant."

Leave it up to Russ to take something as simple as a motion for Default Judgement and screw it up so royally he spews out 91 pages of legalese word salad that doesn't even include the essential elements @AnOminous pointed out. Never fail, Russ. AUGH YEAH

Equally telling is the response from Taylor's legal staff using as few pages as possible to say, "Neener neener, plaintiff never served us properly; he deserves nothing," in proper legal format.

Damages of $22,69,950.00. What is that in real money, financial genius?

From what I recall from my Business Law classes, legal documents have to be as exact and concise as possible. If Russ somehow did have a case and cause for monetary damages, I'd think this typo would generate further scrutiny if not hurt his chances of getting what he wants (his ridiculous overinflated calculations notwithstanding).

I'm not sure how the legal process works, but I feel sorry for the Judge if it's necessary to read both documents fully before rendering a decision. I'd  if the judge is empowered to dismiss the case for lack of service without reading any of Russ' 91-page manifesto.
---
When he mentioned loss of or damage to his reputation, I couldn't help thinking, "Objection, assumes reputation not in evidence."

Finally, in quickly going through his document, I had a question about screen caps. Is it acceptable to just copy and paste them into a document the way he did? It looked a bit sloppy, but I can understand one would want screen shots that didn't look edited or altered in any fashion that distorted the original/actual content.

Like everyone else, I look forward to what other amusement comes from the suit and this thread. :like:

I think my sides just passed Elon Musk's floating Tesla as they rocketed out of orbit.

Apparently, Russell's under the assumption that the Orchards is the new Hotel California.

We can check out any time we like, but we can never leave.
Only one person comes to mind "defending him" @Bamboon McDrool who got chased off the site for being a fucking snitch.

Also he claims to have "attempted suicide". My guess is the bleach he tried to drink drained out of his shìt lips. This proves Russ fails at fucking everything he tries. If only he was as persistant at this as he is harassing women.

Edit: I don't want Russ to actually kill himself. Mainly because he's so fucking amusing to mock.

It's a real address. He's rented a mailbox there, and he'll find out as soon as he goes there to check it.

Just a typo isn't a big deal if they can figure it out, but from looking at that and the rest of the paper, I have no fucking clue what amount he's even demanding. It's literal gibberish.

Russ is a mentally retarded individual. You'd think if your entire life were destroyed, and you had to put a number on it, you would make it something that wasn't "$22,69,950.00." What the fuck even is that, Russ, you slack-jawed mongoloid gimp who is reading this right now?

Only one person comes to mind "defending him" @clever boy McDrool who got chased off the site for being a fucking snitch.

Also he claims to have "attempted suicide". My guess is the bleach he tried to drink drained out of his shìt lips. This proves Russ fails at fucking everything he tries. If only he was as persistant at this as he is harassing women.

Yeah, and even she didn't really defend him. She trashed him on here as much as anyone and even publicly called him out on his Facebook, but then decided she wanted to stay his friend for... reasons? I guess she liked the attention of playing both sides of the field. No one has ever actually tried to defend Russhole on the Farms--and no one has certainly ever been 'blocked' for trying to defend Russhole on the Farms--so that's yet another lie to put into the pile.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but him claiming he attempted suicide is something new he made up for this filing, right? In his last filings he claimed depression, seizures and 'trauma lumps' due to Tay-Tay's rejection of him, but I don't recall him ever claiming he'd tried to kill himself before now. Same thing with the claims of him being in constant fear for his life, up to and including blocking his bedroom door at night to prevent any of those damn dirty trolls from breaking into his room and murdering him. It sounds like he keeps trying to escalate the severity of his made up bullshit damages every time he files a new document with the court, like an attention-hungry kid who makes a story more and more dramatic every time they re-tell it.

The site has gone from mere defamatory statements to putting Greer's copyrighted material on that site, publishing Greer's addresses, phone numbers, his family's contact info, his
friends' info.
Objection! We have specifically avoided doxing his family in this thread, beyond the barest details that add context to Russell's nuttiness. They've suffered much more than Taylor.

Another time, a lady shouted at him, "I should sue you for being ugly!"
If that happened, that lady is an American hero.

With Greer's address on the troll sites, he is afraid that he is going to be killed. This is a reasonable fear, based on the New Mexico High School shooter, who was a member of Kiwi Farms. Before the shooter went on his rampage, he asked NULL when he was going to start shooting people. EXHIBIT W. Greer is afraid for his family's safety.
Not only is this entire thing completely irrelevant to a request for default judgement (unless he thinks he's suing Null), it's in no way a reasonable fear, unless he thinks Zuckerberg is accountable for the hordes of criminals that happen to have Facebook accounts.
