More likely it's based on how he's relatively isolated from the world - the number of times he's left the state of Virginia, can be counted on one hand. His greatest connection to the world is through the internet, which does tie into how he ended up being pretty hotly talked about.
So, yes, in a way, I think he thinks everybody obsessively googles their names online - the fact multiple people could have the same name not occurring to him since 'Christian Weston Chandler' isn't exactly a common name.

All this time, all these experiences, and he still hasn't learned that "no means no." Even when it's as unsubtle as possible to account for the tism.
Some people can probably pull off the whole "10 no(es) followed by 1 yes is a yes" thing but Chris is not one of those people.

Nonsense. He's got a crowd of followers that sperg over anything and everything he says. He's learned the lesson that if he says something online, a shitload of people will read it. It's as far from baseless as you can get.

Maybe if Chris stayed away from people and places where he is explicitly unwelcome, then he won't get his feewings hurt...or arrested? But that's never going to happen. "No means no" is an alien concept to Chris. He believes he's entitled to anything he wants, that he deserves it because he's "special".
And I'm sure some idiot is going to tell Nowacking that Chris wants to talk to them. Part of me hopes they just ignore Chris' sperging for attention, but part of me would enjoy seeing the drama if they decide to engage him.
I wonder if Chris is going to be hung up on this for months and months like he was with Doopie? He certainly doesn't take rejection well.

Apparently, he's already been hung up on it for months. He should seriously not harass or stalk nowacking, because if it ever comes down to banning nowacking or banning Chris from some con, it's going to be Chris.

Which, if it ever does happen, will be totally unfair and unjust (in Chris' mind). Just more of America's favorite game of Kick the Autistic, because the convention organizers are big ol' meanieheads who are jealous of Chris or biased against the SLGBTQRSTUVWTFBBQ. All Chris is doing is trying to contact someone who absolutely does not want to be in contact with him. That's all! So if they do ban him, well then they're just unfair, unjust, uncouth poopies and bigots.

It's going to be the last Bronycon, but there are several other conventions for ponyfags. Bronycon just happens to be the largest in Chris' area. I have no doubt that he would pitch a fit at being banned from the last Bronycon, but I'm sure he would get over it for the most part and just move on to a different clopper convention.

His direct attempts have failed, so he is trying to guilt tranny pony voice into forgiving him. His method of gaining forgiveness follows a pretty similar pattern in every case. It never works. Not with Megan. Not with ML Walsh. Not with (((Snyder))). Not with Doopie. Not with anyone else. Not with this idiot either.
CWC thinks he is able to outsmart people. He made new accounts to continue "chatting" with them after being blocked. New accounts that were obviously him. He thinks he can convince people to "forgive and forget" and, if that does not work, Chris tries to guilt them into believing that they are wrong for misunderstanding a poor autistic polygamous bisexual transwoman who is caring for his seinor citizen mother while never actually knocking off the behavior that got him in trouble in the first place.
