This "I have the Power! I have the Sight!" stuff from Chris is always hilarious. He's been pulling this line for years, and he hasn't been right once. Remember when the Grim Reaper told Chris that Bob had a few more years to live...then Bob passed away a short time later and Chris was taken by surprise? Remember when Chris said God and Jesus came to him and said he would have a beautiful white wife who would bear him a daughter...and he hasn't even had a girlfriend yet.

TFW major corporations, the incarnation of Death, and even the holy trinity of god, jesus, and the bear are Chris’s best trolls.

The show is changing in a lot of ways, but the biggest is the character design, its going to be more intricate than before, which is causing a lot of OC people to panic, mostly the G4 ponies are all simple copy and paste with different colors, the new ones seem to have more detail, which means Chris would have to remake Nightstar if he wants her to be able to go to the G5 dimension.

Like every single thing Chris has drawn isn’t absolutely perfect in his mind? Redesigning Night Star would require far too much effort and would also be <shudder> change.

I can see him becoming utterly sidetracked by this, because sure, what those guys did was terrible, but THIS is a real catastrophe that will require all of his mental energy. 6 grand is nothing compared to the fate of an entire pony universe.

I'm confused as to why Chris can't just see G5 as a new 'sister universe'. He says there are many, after all. Maybe the writers developed a connection to this new universe (in Chris speak)? We know he'll end up lapping G5 up and buying all the merch anyway, but I'm really curious to find out how he eventually explains why the G5 'sister universe' is okay. I just hope between now and then he doesn't get to bent out of shape about it.

Would marketing it to preteens even work though? I feel like the audience for MLP last gen was basically 5 year-old girls or 25 year-old men with almost no in-between, and the latter was completely a fluke.

Well maybe not preteens since they're all worked up on shitty Nickelodeon sitcoms, but teens. MLP has a lot of lore and the fight scenes can be pretty cool, so I imagine a more lore oriented MLP would naturally be marketed to teenage girls who grew out of g4.

See my first watch was him spray painting shoes. I had been reading here for a few weeks before that and seen people close to him claim he's getting a bit better in his life. Then I watched as he murmured to himself in voiced, berated his mother, made his floor a mess, and decided that was good to upload to the internet. He is for sure mentally 8 or 9, but has information a child usually doesn't have like alternate dimensions and that mace hurts people.

He's not concentrating on that anyway. I have the feeling that's more Null & The Captain's crew trying to help get law enforcement involved on Chris's behalf rather then Chris actually driving it.

I am more concerned that either the original 2 Idea Guys or some new s will be able to use this to manipulate Chris all over again.

He's definitely doing the minimum, but his staff can only carry the ball for him for so long, if anything is going to happen Chris has to do more than just an occasional calling out tweet. That's IF anything is even happening anymore.

I don't know, didn't Chris mention something about having a busy, stressful week last week? I wonder if that's anything or he's just complaining about regular errands.
