Wasn't part of the ordeal that she claimed a sexual assault based on what other girls were saying about him online? There were already whispers of his pedo behavior back then, I think she just latched onto a story for attention. Pretty common stuff from a girl her age coming from the situation she was in.

From what I remember, it was circulating around the internet that Dahvie Pedobear and her were fucking or something. Clearly if there's an apology video from her that's been around since 2011 or something so my guess is she never vehemently denied it- judging by this here image i found through a little bit of cyberstalking google research, she either outright said she was screwing that eyesore-looking ass manchild, or this was something started up by another person altogether, which Jessi perpetuated by not denying it.

In the apology video her exact words are: "I'm really sorry for everything I've done. I'm sorry for accusing you of rape and everything, I know that all didn't happen... I love BOTDF, they're basically all the CDs I have left. Jay's my idol, Dahvie's my idol."
 
Notably, I was actually on /b/ when that whole shit was going down. (Because I'm old) So I remember it pretty well? It was my first time back in over a year and initially my reaction was "what is this? Did /b/ finally get a loli to be their queen?"
In any case, iirc, she mentioned it in one of her (now deleted?) youtube videos or blog posts. It was something more of a bragging thing of "YEAH I FUCKED DAVID VANITY! LOL! BECAUSE MY 11 YEAR OLD BOOBS ARE SOOO BIG AND IM SOOO SEXY!" I think the mention of it being rape came later when people pointed out to her that she was basically accusing him of statutory rape.

I mean, troll the trolls, right? Real talk, I'd ask why the 2007 "rawr xD" brand of Michael Jackson doesn't have a thread here, but nobody's really given a shit about him since 2009. Not much drama to document and a fuckton of sites like 4chan, ED, tumblr, etc have probably beaten that dead horse into the ground already.

Jessie has been known to be a compulsive liar. Then again, it looks like she came out and told everyone that he's a rapist long before more credible people did. There's just no way of knowing if he raped her or not. I'd believe sexual harassment but... This is heavy.

I would not doubt her old fantasies and lies are part of her ingrained memory of the past. I don't even think she left the house back then, it was all just story time for youtube.

There is no doubt that she was molested, but that was before she appeared on the internet. It was written all over her face from the start. That style of attention seeking is a dead giveaway. "I had sex with [person I consider brag worthy]" = "I am having/had inappropriate sexual contact with [family/misc adult/older neighbor kid]"

She still keeps up the random lying, "I'm a transboy but I dress like a girl, heres some bikini shots" and of course "I have a random illness that can't be proved, heres some owo disabledkin blabber speak"

In a legal sense there is no doubt that she is not a credible witness. However there is a lot of circumstantial evidence that links Jessi and Dahvie which would lead one to say that Occams razor points to her having been molested by Davhie.

1) Them being in photos together and having a correspondence.

There's other stuff around, as much as Jessi can't be trusted I think the chances are she's being honest about Dahvie having molested her. Regardless he's a monster who needs to be stopped and much more worthy of attention than the broken mess that Jessi has become.
