Has Farrah Flawless/Pauly Unstoppable been brought up in this subforum yet? Since people have been speculating that Phil will become septic and then die, I think Pauly's case would be interesting to discuss.

Basically, dude is an extreme body-modder (you may have seen him in some unemployable snowflake memes) who trooned out as the next step in his extreme body dysmorphia indulgence quest. Started having dudes fuck his neo-gina practically as soon as he got out of the hospital, and generally just abuses the shit out of it. The thing is so fucked up that he had to have a stint implanted so he could piss and is constantly in and out of the ER getting treated for complications. Somehow not dead, though.

I'm not totally up to date on him, but here's his thread.

Curious to hear that Dr Doge performs 'nullo' surgery. Until a few years ago (when I stopped laughing at paying attention) people in the body modding community who really wanted nullo surgery had to go to a couple of shady surgeons who were only mentioned by nickname and did the job outside of legal healthcare. These weren't guys who just saw it as another body modification, they were guys who felt incredibly uncomfortable having male sexual organs, to the point of actual mutilation and/or suicide attempts. They didn't want to be female, they just hated their dick. As nullification isn't really a gender reassignment op, I'm interested to hear how nullification surgery has become accepted to the point of being done in regular hospitals on medical insurance this way. Surely it's a psychological problem that should be solved with counselling? Or is it the case that anything to do with dicks is automatically covered under trans surgery now? How many other surgeons offer nullification surgery? Because it leaves Dr Dugi sounding like he's kind of surgeon who'd do almost anything as long as he got paid, and nullo surgery is a little too close to the transabled idiocy.

I don’t know, I definitely agree that he strongly dislikes sex, but gross troons will fuck anything. There are people covered in the Rat King who will fuck children, their own bodily waste and even Toren. Phil is easy to manipulate as long as he considers you cool and powerful. In other words, I can see some disgusting fat troon banging him and him pretending that he’s totally into it.

I just looked up photos of post-op vaginas, and I refuse to believe that a doctor with a 4/5 rating did that horrible of a job. Post-op vaginas look like actual vaginas, with the hole in the right place. This ADF guy should sue. I'm reading more on him, he looks like a nutcase.

What kinda stuff did you find? I'm googling his name now but not finding any weird controversy. I am curious.

Phil might let it happen once, and it would take a lot of effort to get Phil to go along with it, but I think after that Phil would never do it again. And he damn sure isn't ever going to be open to having a train run on him. The whole reason why he "came out as asexual" was because he was afraid of having sex with Slingblade. It would take a lot of coaxing and manipulation to get Phil into bed, more effort than it would be worth for even the nastiest troon freak. And there are likely many other troon nutjobs that would both be more appealing and easier to bed than Phil.

I think they meant that the more they read about Phil the more of a nutcase he seems, not Doctor Doggy.

He would’ve had very good reason to refuse, given Phil’s history, but I doubt someone whose speciality is literally inverting penises would have such ethic.

Until recently, the vast majority of doctors adhered to the WPATH guidelines, a fairly strict code of conduct and set of medical guidelines for when SRS is an appropriate treatment. I believe any competent, ethical doctor still would and am deeply suspicious of anyone who doesn't. Troons screeched about gatekeeping until a lot of doctors, like Dr. Doge here, seriously relaxed their standards. In fact, he apparently even does shit like "nullos" which is chopping off your wang and balls and just leaving a flat area of skin like a Ken doll there, plus scars, which don't have any place in traditional SRS.
