Do we seriously need gaming journalism at this point? We already don't trust reviews and many people just check sites to see the updates on actual games and not editorial pieces. Many of the sites indicated to be colluding are ones I stopped reading years ago because of clickbait pieces I found myself having to skim over more and more. I just wanted fucking info on games and that info is pretty much handed to these websites.

Today I bought a video game magazine from Ralph's. Like a real physical, paper magazine. And you know what I found? Tons of reviews, info on upcoming games with interviews and concept art galore, info on guilds in video games and no off-topic articles on how all gaming is sexist/racist

I am starting the miss the days when people just complained about violence in video games, much simpler times.

Oh, for the days when angry mothers screaming about gambling in Pokemon and how Mortal Kombat was going to turn us into serial killers was the extent of our problems.

ADDENDUM: In the Fire over 4chan section of the shitstorm, it was recently brought to my attention that the new mods are, apparently, mass-deleting waifu threads.

On /a/. They've got like four up in the last 4 hours.

Suffice to say a huge portion of the userbase of /a/ just spontaneously rage-quit and is seeking greener pastures. Things are getting crazier by the fucking second over there.

SECONDARY ADDENDUM: Almost without exception, posts linking or referencing the upcoming October 1st Exodus (many *channers are planning to leave their homeland of 4chan) are also going missing. Curious.

But it's days are certainly numbered. I don't expect 8chan to last though. I predict Moot will get rid of his mods once he notices how bad site traffic is and beg people to come back.

That is assuming these rumors that he's become a closet sjw and wants to make a new website are false. If they're true than this is just the beginning of the end for 4chan

Yeah, we just observe the lol-cows and events, leaving post that discuss whatever is there. Besides, if anyone were SJW's, they'd get huffed and whine about whatever "oppression" there is within this forum such. Besides, not many if any within this website really think lowly of those on GG. Granted there are ween's and such , but even then, there are at least some of us who dislike the opposing side such as Kotaku.
