No, they don't allow skate boarding in jail, but they do have cable TV and video games. They also play fun games in the showers and give you funny nicknames like "New Fish".

Well theres an old man at the YMCA who is mighty pissed about something, and Jace has been ordered by both Tyce's dad and his own Mom (and I would like to take this opportunity to speculate that the two are having an affair) to keep very fucking quiet about it...so i would honestly suspect something worse than mere vandalism, which would possibly just have a mandatory fine type thing

Considering Tyce's utterly repulsive behavior (and his self admitted physical attacks on the disabled), i wouldn't be surprised if tyce kicked the crutches from under an old man on the stairs of the YMCA for a "Prank" and the old man is now suing for medical costs

Are they though? All we heard from Jace is that he was asked if he would potentially appear as a witness, and told to not say anything incriminating until then, if that happens. To my knowledge nobody has explicitly stated that a court date has been set. All we've heard right now is a lot of "just in case".

The devil is in the details with these things. Remember Occam's Razor. I don't mean to nitpick here but this forum has a bit of a notorious tendency to blow every single little thing up into flagrant spasms of "AHHHHH OH MY FUCKING GOD MUM GET THE CAMERA" every single time anything happens ever.
 
He also has the tendency to live in his own fantasy world where airsoft guns and action figures are "battlefield replicas", running 100 metres and sperging over a railing is "Parkour" (and Parkour is a martial art) and driving around in a car and shooting an airsoft pistol at a house is a "war".
Him "appearing as a witness" could very well just be the "old guy at the YMCA" telling him and Tyce to come back and wipe the swastikas off the walls and fish the matchbox cars out of the pool.
(unless there's some more fact-based content I missed in the latest videos and tweets).

The former isn't really something I can see Jace going along with though. He sperged when the TESO livestream was swasticooled and followed that up with a very heartfelt message about the evils of racism.

Me neither. But I can imagine him standing behind Tyce as he's scribbling and "YOUNG MAN"-ing him until someone notices them and just assumes they're both responsible.
 
im just saying it must be pretty serious if tyces dad, the old man, and jace's mom are telling jace to shut the fuck up about it (and in gails case, shes actively trying to stop him from streaming or vlogging to keep him quiet, which is more than she was doing when he was screaming about the dangerzone in her prius)

most tellingly, the event is serious enough that jace is actually conceding to shut the fuck up. if this was something minor he probably woulda blurted it out to stick it to gail for her "gag order". or he's scared enough of the consequences to himself (again, he wasn't this scared when holed up in his "gamer bunker" shitting in bags so it's gotta be something)

give it a few more days of no video games and no meds. he'll probably go full stryker and tell everyone.

There are times when Jace is surprisingly good about not releasing details. He still hasn't doxxed Pastor Faggot, even on accident. Assuming that isn't his real name, anyways.
