Edit: I actually found the skin he’s drawn in as well. Someone went as far as to model him and design his own version of Mercy’s Winged Victory skin. It’s pretty impressive actually.

The forced LGBT sticker doodles on the other hand... Not so much.

I... Don't even understand what they're trying to get at. Sure, it might resemble the concept art more closely, which I know was one of the reasons they made this edit, as they made others, but it's called concept art for a reason.
I'll quickly nitpick their justification for it, too, because I really don't see why you'd mess with a perfectly acceptable character design. In a spoiler to make my sperging optional, of course.

Spoiler: Justification + Nipicking

• Widowmaker: I made her short and creepy to not only reflect her ballet background and Talon conditioning, but to parallel her feminine movements. Widowmaker’s edit still retains her sexualised femme-fatale appearance, but there’s now an additional level of threat from her sunken face and visible veins. She’s a literal cold blooded killer.

"I made her short and creepy..." Why? Widowmaker is supposed to contrast Tracers design, which you've admitted to being perfect, so making her short when Tracer already is average or below average height is ridicilous. The creepy part is more understandable, but it still doesn't make much sense considering ballerinas aren't really supposed to be creepy, and doesn't reflect her ballerina background at all. Don't they tend to be tall and slender? Just like she is in canon? Makes you think!
"Talon conditioning..." I'm pretty sure torture doesn't magically make you look like if knock-off Slenderman got blended together with blueberries + an added 20 years of sleep deprivation and yellow circle lenses. In canon only the blueberry part applies, which my suspension of disbelief can work with.
"Still retains her sexualised femme-fatale appearance... " ... You sure have a weird definition of sexy.
"Additional level of threat..." That's not really good thing here.

He made Widowmaker look like a Tim Burton drawing, holy shit. I like some of this guy's edit work, he makes neat skin concepts, but this is just bad. His whole 'they should thank me for FIXING their characters' attitude about it makes it even worse.

I feel like lot of artists completely miss the mark when it comes to racebending and whatnot. most of what they create are really just ugly caricatures of what they think how a culture/race should be portrayed. adding facial hair and making the drawing looking as gross as possible sorta does the opposite effect, retroactive if you ask me. some of these people have real talent, it's just wasted on sjw shit

^^Agreed. I really can't understand where these people are coming from when they want to "represent" others. If you really wanted to represent them, you'd draw them according to a reference, but instead they just make them a muddy brown, add vitiligo, body hair, scars, bandages. It's all overwhelming and none of it fits. Even in real life, the people with a lot more body hair don't look as bad as the ones in these caricatures these people draw. Want to know why?

Because in our society (which these people seem to fail to acknowledge when making these changes) you are expected to look somewhat decent. Not saying you can't wear anything you want, but people don't look at a person with a huge amount of smelly unshaven body hair, a shit-ton of weight, and bad hygiene and then think "uwu so powerful!". You tend to either be shocked, appalled maybe, or even feel pity because you know that if they aren't putting that much effort into their outer appearance that they must have some issues. Trying to romanticize those attributes is just very hard to do because normal people see those things as appalling for a reason. A ton of body hair can lead to a build up of bacteria more easily, weight gain comes with a bunch of issues for the future, and bad hygiene is..well I don't have to say much on that.

For example, another lolcow Thumbcramps (Paige) drew a skinny black woman as a fat blob and called it a representation of her. She also did a "representation" of Naomi Watanabe which drew her several sizes bigger than she already was.

She's obviously not the only one to do this, but it's no wonder normal people think it's a fetish. You draw it all the damn time, people might think you're a huge fan of it. Obsess like an idiot and people will realize you love to draw it wayyy too much.
