Phil pre-qualified for that Evo tournament as he won Evo East 2K6 and was EvoEast Seed #1: he started the tournament essentially as a pool winner with an additional bye.

Alex Valle also pre-qualified: he was third at Evo West 2K6 (EvoWest Seed #3) and needed a win over Mester (Pool F Winner) to move up in the winner's bracket to meet DSP.

Tokido wasn't pre-qualified at all so he had to win his pool to make top 32, dropped a match, then went through RAOH (Pool H qualifier, 25th place), Justin Wong (17th place), and Jason Nelson (13th place) in loser's bracket before getting matched vs. DSP.

Also, it seems Phil did get a win? More complete results show him beating Seth Killian, so I guess he went 1-2 that Evo and was 9th.

All of this is to say that it's not like the tournament just got underway and DSP got screwed in the matchups, Valle vs DSP 1st round. He pre-qualifed as a high seed, began his matches well into the tournament amongst the top 24 or so placers, and was gonna have strong opponents regardless.

Finally, in looking up some of this info, I found DSP giving thoughts and shoutouts on his win at EvoEast 2K6 and him specifically thanking TEAM HATE. He also starts his post with a lovely proclamation of victory: "Rape."

You used to have qualifiers for it. What that meant was if you just showed up, you'd have to play through pools to get your seed in the top 32. If you won a qualifier, your seed was guaranteed and you didn't have to play pools for it.

Nowadays, everyone goes through pools.

It is also my understanding that EVO wasn't always an open tournament. I think you had to have some standing prior to entry in the earlier years. Don't quote me on that, though.

You.. you do know who you're talking about, right? Assuming he's even telling the truth about what he was doing, of course upward mobility in stretches longer than 25m at most, makes him sore. Add to that if he was really outside in the sun??

They did. Of course they also cheered a total of $5.70 asking dumbass troll questions (and Phil correctly noted most of them), which means they bought bits just to do it. The only upside was that he didn't seem to get that the name was a troll. Also, big shoutout to the dipshit who tipped Phil $11 to have "FatBaldingDave" show up on stream and get no salty reaction from Phil.

Ballparking it, it looks like around 10% of Phil's cheer total from the stream was attempted troll cheers.

You'd expect that seeing as Phil saw a doctor due to his gout and suffered from it severely that he'd care enough to understand the basic medical terminology.

Him having no clue that "uric acid crystals" is making fun of him says to me that he hasn't the faintest fucking clue about it and as soon as he heard "genetics" was happy to sit back on his sofa and watch Netflix and blame his aunt.

Hence the other cheer that was "Phil I think that cheer was pulling your foot" cuz Phil had gout in his foot.
 
Looks like State of Decay 2 is the new Shadow of War for Phil. Those paid shill reviewers giving the game a low score don't know what they are talking about and Phil assures his viewers the new game he never played will be fun. Of course eventually Phil will make all the same complaints the reviewers made outing the fact he never read the reviews and was just talking out of his ass because he paid $50 for a game and needs to make his money back.

I dont expect him to see a doctor, it cost to much money and they would prove that he only make things up!

But it sort of makes me wanna create a account named deoxyribonucleic acid or something to mess with LTG!
