It's not my favorite, but any pictures of Amber smiling or laughing are especially gross to me. It's not just her wonky teeth either. Something just doesn't look right. Or at least more wrong than everything else.

The laughter is so fake and blown out of proportion to the situations she laughs at. She's gotta show everyone that she's having SUCH a good time. She's just so fun to be around, the life of the party...

I think it's also that she's just ugly. If she wasn't 500+ pounds she'd probably look fine enough, but all that blubber is just unattrative. People usually look their best when they smile but when Amber smiles it just exacerbates how all the fat just drowns out any attractiveness.
I also can't help but get a gross vision of her cramming food into her job whenever he mouth opens for more than a words worth of time.

The person on the second photo has a genuine smile, though.
Amber's fake smiles and laughter might be the reason why some people get freaked out about them. At some level we recognize those as lies and become a bit moreleery eerie of our surroundings which our brains translate into "feeling weird about the smile".
