After Idea Guy, Chris had some solid momentum with the trespassing and the poly relationship (did that ever get figured out?), but now it's been derailed.

Chris-chan content is a great way to get eyes on a channel i.e. the new, currently 8 part documentary that has already got hundreds of thousands of views. I'm really surprised more would-be youtubers don't try to directly interact with Chris.

I'd be hesitant to say it's the farms fault that no good saga has arisen lately, because most of the trolls we've seen lately have been absolute trash. Take for example Idea Guy. He had so much opportunity to create some hefty lulz, but two 'tisms only creates more 'tism. Everything has become monetized. Now instead of being a creative troll, you just pay Chris and he dances like a monkey to produce whatever video or social media post you want. I don't have hopes that a good saga will arise, and I don't have hopes that us kiwis would recognize one either. But you can't blame us. We, along with Chris have been flooded with so much unfunny garbage and shitty weens lately, that all of us are pretty much jaded at this point. We're definitely not Chris' parents and we're in no position to say what's best for him, but we certainly have every right to say that the current state of Chris content and weenery is highly unfunny and uninteresting.

While a lot of folks really only want to see Chris trolled, there are actually a bunch of people who want him left alone so we can read his shitty comics and watch him blather about Sonic. The thing that originally got troll's attention was Chris's overly-personal tard content in his comics. Yeah, a lot of funny material came out of the early days of trolling. Chris can most definitely still be trolled. He can still provide entertainment because he’s fundamentally no different from the person who was coerced into shoving a medallion up is ass way back when. When Chris introduced himself to the Internet in 2007 as a 100% TRUE and HONEST straight male he had very rigid ideas about gender, sex and love so it’s poetic that a decade later he is no closer to gaining any insight into those topics even as a polyamorous tranny lesbian tomgirl who is now open to sucking dick.

Let me be clear; Chris has learned nothing since that first announcement video. He’s no closer to gaining any kind of meaningful understanding into his own motivations or the motivations of others. He still assumes that anyone in those same situations would have done exactly the same thing he did because like any true autist he cannot fathom behaviors or reactions aside from him own. I cannot understate that Chris is really learned nothing in the years gone by, but he has been conditioned and there’s a huge difference between the two.

They eventually learn that anything that is hot enough will burn them, not just fire. So to extend the analogy to Chris, he just knows fire will burn, he hasn’t figured out it’s because it’s hot. Chris doesn’t understand the root cause of his past trollings.

Which brings me to would-be trolls like Jack and Idea Guy. These clods have been trying to “reboot” the trolling sagas of old in the same way misguided movies execs reboot an old franchise they have no idea about. They think throwing enough money in Chris’s direction will result in something, anything happening, and that’s good enough for them. But they fundamentally don’t understand how Chris operates, or in most cases fails to operate. Money and comfort won’t get results from Chris. Pretending to be Miyamoto won’t work anymore. Especially on the best Chris content being personal in nature, Chris is definitely at his best when he's airing out his own crazy (whether by his own volition or through trolls subtly prodding him into it), but what's going on is basically Chris being spoon-fed the way less-funny autism of someone else.

This is where I disagree with you, not on whether people should leave him alone, but on whether anyone can stop the serial weening that's happening now, unlike the old PVCC days, Chris trolling is very decentralized at this point, in that no single person can (in essence) flip a switch and everyone stops weening Chris, now for every ween you dox, tar and shame, ten more take his or her place. Chris is the only person who can ignore weens, but he's too incentivized by money (and debts) to stop taking the dumbest bait in existence.

I think over 90% of Chris' attention in the first few years came from the first few tard raging videos. The comics were a footnote.

Shitty comics are a dime-a-dozen on the internet. Some people make a hobby of reading shitty comics, in the same way that some people are into watching shitty movies ironically. Those people might've looked over a few dozen comics like Chris', and his weren't particularly notable in the bunch. I mean, remember when maddox mocked shitty children's art? Basically the same thing. Chris' wouldn't stick out in the bunch.
