Yeah over two years in development. If other rivals follow a similar pattern, realistically the game will be done in 2028, with 2 years for each of the 10 rivals and 2 more for finishing the other parts of the game. That is assuming he actually finishes Osana this year, which is highly unlikely.

IIRC Alex has said in the past that upon finishing Osana( ), he can make the other rivals significantly quicker because he would already have a base from Osana. Which if taken at face value would mean the other rivals () would be recycled code and not very uniquely designed. Does anyone remember the exact wording of when he said this?

Well I don't think that's possible.
Mighty No. 9 looked good at the beginning then steadily got worse.
Yansim Looked okay at the beginning and will always get worse.
That and Mighty No. 9 stuck to using one game as a template (Megaman) Yansim has too many games (Hitman, Persona, School Days, Castlevania, Slender, ETC)

To the fast food delivered to him, part of me feels bad but at the same time it explains why he makes his """paycheck""" for sitting on his ass is $3,500 every month: he literally probably has never left his house to experience how it is to actually get a real job. And even if he did, he probably never interacted with a human being in the process.
