This is going off topic, but there's plenty of poor white people and Mexicans and whatever getting the same shit as well. The argument about "lazy niggers who don't want to work" is as old and tired as the jokes about Jace drinking and puking wolf cum.

He said it because he hates them thanks to the GOVERNMENT, read the whole thing Null is very clear that Tyce doesn't hate black people themselves which kind of goes against wanting to drive around and kill all of them.
 
He starts off the whole statement by stating clearly that Tyce hates blacks. Then expands on that, saying that Tyce doesn't hate minorities as a concept. He hates them, but hates them because of the myth of the Welfare Queen.

This is getting extremely off topic so I'll be done after this-

And I'm saying if Null doesn't think he actually hates them, then why the Race War.
 
Jace and Tyce's ability to see things in such simplistic terms makes them prime candidates for getting sucked into extreme Right-wing nuttery. Viewing the world in such simplistic terms makes it not surprising that Jace came up with the whole Operation Tupacalypse scenario. The world is neatly divided into Heroes and Villains, and Eli was naive/greedy/simple enough to go along with it.

I'd love for it to come out that Eli was completely playing Jace for an Xbone, instead of sitting on his arse downloaded Nickleback CDs and playing Runescape in Israel. Ta-haaa-haaa.
 
Possible options are:
a) Tyce forgives Tupac because of his music.
b) Tyce forgives Tupac because of his money (meaning he can't be a welfare recipient).
c) Tyce doesn't understand what a black person is.
d) Tyce doesn't know Tupac is black, the same kind of black that he hates.
e) Tyce doesn't care at all about Tupac and is going along with it because Jace is.

I wonder if Tyce thinks every black person he killed would bring an incremental increase to his tugboat?

Dimwitted suburban fucktards like Jace generally latch on to extreme racist right-wingnuttery for pretty much the same reason 13 year old boys become juggalos, listen to death metal or go to comic book pics - because it gives them the sense of power and control they crave but do not (and in Jace's case at least, cannot) have in real life. Neo-nazi racism has a certain shock value that Jace, Tyce and Eli (the Three Stooges of bigotry) find useful with which to intimidate other neighborhood kids, toddlers, their grannies, etc.

tl;dr - They're bigots because they want to be ruff-tuff badasses instead of the wimpy little wet farts they really are.

This is making the most sense to me currently, but I'm also liking Null's idea of Tyce not getting what black people are.
