The bottom one looks like it's a dark berry pink with white eyes? I can't immediately think of any kind of character with that coloring, but I am not as familiar with children's cartoons as our Chris Chan.

edit: nah, he's got some pink thing in front of the bottom one, and apparently funko doesn't make a Rarity. I've got nothing to do for a couple hours so I guess I'll just go by the sesame-street looking logo and their website.

The figure itself looks like the Leela figure from Futurama. Which we know he watches. The Futurama boxes are also white like this one seems to be. But the name looks like it has 3 words in it (and Sonic is just named "Sonic" on his box). The autistic search continues...
