Assuming this is true and not yet another load of bullshit... he pretty much soft-doxed his old accountant? How many accountant deans at elite Connecticut universities can there be? Like five? A determined enough Kiwi could just call around in search of one who admitted to doing work for a Phillip Burnell, or at least one who hesitates before saying no.
 
Phil is known to throw people under the bus, before running them over, then burning a bridge to keep them from chasing him. Tax guy was just doing a favor for his friend's son. He probably didn't know how much of an ass said Friend's son was though.

I just WISH he would have said that as response to the claim "he is toxic" because it would just perfectly underline his shitty character.
But it was just his Dark Souls (or Demon Souls?) character who got poisoned. So Phil wouldn't even understand his own meme.

for being such a street smarts guy you would think he'd realize he would make more money if he just faked it until he made it which most twitch streamers do (entertain/interact with random comments in chat until you have enough viewers that most of the stuff you respond to is tips/bits/subs). but how much more can we expect the hardest working guy to work.

also the disgusting contradiction that he illustrates when calling his fans fast food workers / retail workers / office workers yet requesting his small pool of donors to give more and more money tells you he'd rather them struggle if it means giving money to him.


also the only time phil remembers/thinks about his paypigs is when they should be paying and rewarding him

He is, but when he was talking about it, far as I can remember, he didn't understand what it meant, he just thought it was random.

Phil is unaware of everything that isn't controlled by him. Unless the joke or meme comes directly from him, it's either "random" or it's "detractor garbage." His fans have had to create their own chat culture, jokes and memes because Phil actively discourages it when they're supposedly not paying attention to him and because he's just so boring/lacks creativity. Like the whole "fake engagement ring" thing where his entire chat was in on the joke and Phil didn't know anything about it, and was basically on the verge of tears trying to put the pieces together.

It's even sadder considering it could've all been avoided if he just kept up to date with his fucking girlfriend's social media, but I guess attention is for trolls and scrubs or something, not a basic human need in a serious physical relationship.

And I like how it's now that he pretends to care about the new releases. Fuck all those other ones that could've been better picks for streaming in the first financial quarter of the year, like Monster Hunter and so on.

I guess it still has to have a full release, but nigga didn't even bother to try out the beta when he could've actually stood out. Of course not, once he gets to it it'll be past the hype stages and he'll get a few hundred viewers as usual. But he goes and plays games like fucking Call of Duty beta releases for some reason.
