Alex must really want to be one of those game developers who "adds hints" and "creates speculation" so people like the Clickbait Theorists can make videos on his lore.

Unfortunately for him, the hints he gives
1. Make everything stupidly obvious
2. Are pretty much useless and can't confirm any type of theory

He's going ahead and adding a new cassette tape. I bet it'll have a ton of these "hints".

In other news, I told people on the Discord that a bunch of people laughing at Yandere-chan in the ending makes literally no sense, and should probably glare at her for doing things like panty shots. Mind you, they were in a pretty active conversation, but they went quiet for about two minutes after I pointed that out, probably thinking about a way to defend Alex's stupid work. This was their only reply.

"Realistic doesn't always equal better"

It all makes sense now!

Aside from these two points:
3. Obvious, but he also reveals everything about his game before releasing it. Remember that time when Scott wrote the whole plot about killed children before releasing FnaF1? Or when Toby Fox revealed all plottwists before releasing Undertale? Me neither. Because actual good developers dont do that. They let the players themselves find these on their own.
Alex lacks the patience to do so and thats his problem. Even the questions on reddit are full spoilers. You dont do that.
The first tapes that he hid in the game were great, since they actually hinted the lore, but now we know too much.

Also. No. Laughter doesnt always make everything scarier. Especially since it doesnt make sense in this situation. Change all the Ayanos, wipe those smiles off, give them two big eyes looking at the real Ayano and make them whisper, and make their whispers louder with each second.
And put more effort into it. :/

Alex is still whining about Twitch banning his game on stream.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=xj7v--S9VfA
"I have a feeling they're gonna be very, very selective. They're gonna use the new ToS to ban who they don't like and ban what they don't like; and whenever someone or something breaks their rules. Th-They're just gonna pretend 'ah yeah, well, eh. Oh well'."
It's ironic that he says this when his sub-exclusive Discord rules are essentially 'if you do anything besides suck my dick, you're banned'. I'd Define rules 2-5 as vague guidelines for the type of individual who Alex doesn't like. And 'causing problems' (aka anything other than stroking his massive ego) is what he doesn't like.
Pot, meet kettle. :story:

EDIT: Watching the whole video made me lose the last shred of pity I had for this man. It's honestly pathetic to watch him whine because his "favorite website" won't let people stream his piece of shit "game". Twitch does owe you anything Alex, god damn.
Maybe they banned your game because the underlying plot is non-existent and all that there is to do is methodically kill your peers in a high-school setting. You can't even "win" the game by getting your Senpai's love-- so what the fuck else is there to do?
Why does he think Twitch is out to get him? Is it just because that's how delusional he's become?

TL;DR: Fuck off you entitled piss goblin. No one owes you anything simply because you're a game developer™.

All that lip licking and nose picking while he whines excessively about his biases...man, once he finally drops the illusion of ‘developing a game,’ no one’s going to want to watch streams like that

This person is a yandere sim volunteer, basically they were holding a contest where they would model the best drawing of a character, since they convinced dev to join the contest and knew he couldn't draw, they let him choose an anime character dev picked that one and oml I can't. (Also no i'm not leaking their tag or the server)

Lmao that fucker. I hope the volunteer goes with someone else's submission, especially if they really did specifically ask for an anime character.
Edit: I guess I'm late by proxy.

Did anything come of that?

Since this whole thing is late, I'm late by default. But, damn, his edgy OC looks like fucking Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way.

Not just game developing, Alex is literally the only creator of anything i ever seen make a youtube video spoiling his own unfinished work. While the cutscene is awkward, the bad ending would have hit the player super hard because i'm sure nobody would expect a game over like this.

He has no passion for his own game, nothing he does is intended to give the player a unique challenge or experience because Alex expects you to watch all of his videos where he explains all the features, so MORE features => MORE content => MORE praise.

You're not wrong about him not having any passion for this game. I messaged him around January 30th, after seeing a screenshot someone posted of this thread. I asked him if he wanted to start from scratch why not do it, because it seems like he's not putting so much heart into the game. He responded with this:

Bruh, the work you put in the last 4 years was already a huge waste of time. Also, your fanbase sucks your dick pretty hard already, so having to abandon this project in any way would probably not disappoint that many people, maybe a little or quite a bit, but probably not that much. I'm sure if you gave your game to someone else to work on it or make it open-source, they wouldn't mind that at all.

But of course you're not going to do that because "muh control" and "muh development of muh own game" you keep muttering and thinking to yourself like that.

Don't fool yourself Alex. You've already wasted these 4 years by refusing to learn or try anything new coding wise while making this travesty of a game. Your adamant refusal to move past placeholders and first drafts despite being four years in tells us that much. Normally devs can salvage a learning experience from projects like these, but as Lunar Scythe has shown your ego won't even let you do that. Until you learn to take your lumps and adapt your techniques you will be forever doomed to mess up games you make regardless of how simple they are.
