I think it's a bit worse than that. A quick Google search of his name will cause any potential employer to throw his resume in the trash can after finding out how much of a scumbucket he is. Same thing for any future girlfriend unfortunate enough to pair up with him.

Edit: I'd rather have a few felonies than be this guy looking for work
