Also, the Egyptians regarded themselves as racially different from Nubians, which imo counts a lot more than whether people today would consider them black. They thought of themselves, Nubians, Near Easterners, and I believe Libyans as the "four races" who made up the world. Given that Nubians in Egyptian art look very much like black people today, and Near Eastern people in Egyptian art look very much like Near Eastern people today, I'm inclined to think the Egyptians knew what they were talking about when they portrayed themselves looking not much like either. Regardless of what their skin color was, they really weren't African in any kind of pan-African cultural sense.

Another thing SJWs love to do is self-diagnose themselves.

The amount of doctor hate among SJWs is astounding as well. Yes, doctors can misdiagnose things, but not based upon fatphobia or transphobia like the poster says. There are so many things that can be wrong with you, and so many similar symptoms, a misdiagnosis can slip through sometimes.

With how much they hate doctors, I'd reckon SJWs and Scientologists would be buddy-buddy. Then I remember that Scientologists' homophobia is rivaled only by teabaggers.

I sperged a bit about the ancient Egypt thing in the last SJW thread so I've been trying to keep quiet on it this time, but YES. THIS. Reconstructions, DNA evidence and extant cultural evidence point to the Egyptians being more like a Middle-eastern or Semitic group. King Tut actually looked a lot like my Russian ex-boyfriend. That's not to say there weren't Nubians IN Egypt--there was a whole Kushite dynasty, ferchrissakes, and probably a lot of mixing. But claiming, say, Cleopatra was black is a bit silly.

We should be prepared for another round of Tumblr rage about this topic soon, by the way. They're making a movie about the Exodus and cast white people as Egyptians.

I don't think so. They're documenting more social justice topics as of late, but I don't think they've gone SJWing as such. At least they're trying to stick to the facts and aren't pulling craziness off of the SJW sphere. And also, I suppose there's the fact that it's a wiki and people are actually shooting the ridiculous stuff down.

The loss of humour is just a long-time overall trend in the site - kind of what happened to Wikipedia as it got more bureaucratic and serious. I'd blame the fact that Conservapedia contributorship wound down and people aren't going to RW for their doses of humour any more.

Personally, I don't think either RationalWiki or Cracked are "going more SJWy". They just made the incredibly controversial choice of opening up their mouths about SJ topics. Which, in this day and age, leads to frost-mouthed raging on both sides of the debate.

Personally, I'm all in favour of discussing SJ topics in rational manner, but these days, you just can't really do that without the SJWs first spinning the story one way and the inevitable MRA circlejerk spinning it the other way.
I can only draw two conclusions: a) The well is just that badly poisoned and everyone should take a chill pill and leave this stuff to the professionals, or something, I dunno. b) Welcome to the Internet, nobody's interested in serious discussion any more. (edit: not that anyone was ever interested in the first place, this is the internet after all)

Ah, that makes sense. Yes, Japan has never been oppressed and, in fact, has been an oppressor in the past, as their wars with Korea and the Rape of Nanking proves. Even today, Japan isn't the glorious racially equal wonderland that many SJWs believe it to be (I'm not mistaken in my belief that there is a lot of overlap between SJWs and weeaboos): Korean immigrants face a lot of discrimination still. One of the exchange students I met in college was a second generation Korean-Japanese: her parents immigrated from Korea to Japan and had her on Japanese soil, so she will always have it easier than her parents, who are considered "Zainichi", ever will. And that's before even mentioning that their opinions on other races tend to not be the most enlightened (particularly when it comes to black people).

Yes, I just implied that Japan, Glorious Homeland of Pocky and Yaoi, can be racist. Shocking, I know.
