There is no point in a political discussion or debate or expressing differences where consciously dehumanizing your opposition is anything but borderline psychotic. Assuming your opponent acts solely from wicked motives and bad faith is a common enough failing (I think any of us who are committed to one side or the other do it to one degree or another despite our best efforts). What Bob is displaying on his twitter feed is worse by several orders of magnitude.
