I'm not sure what complaining would do. I'm just pleased that Chris did a surprisingly good job. He shipped it in a folder, inside of a manila envelope, and clearly marked it as Do Not Bend. I can't ask for more than that. It's not printed on copy paper, no, but photo paper.
