As much as people like to shit on Phil for not fulfilling his patreon obligations, which we should cause that was a shitty business move on his part, I wonder what the fuck was he gonna do with the Project 7 reboot in the first place.

I mean the buddies he made the show with back in the day all moved on with their lives and cut him off like the toxic person he is, would it just be him alone? Like some cringey shit where he plays all the characters like Filthy Frank, except not funny but really sad?
 
What would a DSP ARG even encompass though?

Are people going to be huddling in a dark room looking at Google maps, plotting coordinates found from clues in the Pa tweet? What would even be the end game? A buried box of Hungry Man meatloaf in some Louisiana back swap? Lol.

Exactly why you don't make promises on things you're unsure of fulfilling. He knew he didn't have the talent, the drive, nor the creativity to relaunch Project 7 yet still made it a goal and made money from it.

Hell the whole point of him moving into a house and starting a Patreon was to increase the quality of his work, but all he's done is get even lazier and more uninspired by the week. Anyone that believes anything that comes out of his mouth without doing a background check for the facts is a moron, but unfortunately, he's amassed enough morons to ignore logic and fund his lifestyle for at least a couple more years.

Unlikely, but do you think it's possible that when he's up late and drunk, and done watching netflix, he's watching detractor videos like Tevin's? Yeah he blocks everyone who talks to him, but I feel like he desperately wants to know what people are saying about him.

EDIT: I'm also anxious to hear any confirmation on if the whole twitchcon tag thing worked for him or if he didn't even appear there.

He's 100% looking at detractor videos late at night. The only thing that would explain him staying up until 5AM in the morning repeatedly is him watching detractor videos and reading troll comments. His conscience is eating at him at those hours when he's all alone in an empty house, because deep down he knows everything being said is the truth and he's a lying asshole. Then he wakes up with his usual bullshit: "So I don't pay attention to any of these idiots and what they're saying, but I "heard" about some trolls...". And the cycle repeats....

I read somewhere he looks into detractor twitter accounts, once he knows who they are he blocks them. He watches a lot of movies and plays games on his phone at night. With 'debt' he should cancel his Netflix and WWE Network like any normal person would if they were struggling to support themselves.

Also all the things that have happened this year is really eating him up inside causing most of the stress. Machinima, Leanna and Youtube.

There have been a few times on Twitter where people are talking about Dsp where he shoves his way into a conversation he wasn't tagged in to call the people a synonym for stupid. Maybe one of his fans keep tabs and tells him about it or he is constantly searching around Twitter for people talking about him so he can tell them off for a short lived ego boost.

The only reason I find his money troubles hard to believe is the fact he has done nothing to cut back on expenses. People who are in major debt don't keep Amazon, WWE, and then get Netflix too. They don't buy new cars or start taking multiple days off of work when he need to work to get paid. What is even worse with the way he is acting seems like he does have money troubles and refuses to give up anything while begging his fans to give up their extra money when his Youtube check, which he calls a pittance, is bigger then most of his fans checks.
 
The WWE 2k18 stream today was a train wreck. 2 hours in character creation with the music turned off so you just heard the sounds of Dsp. He said he was physically exhausted creating his character which is probably because he had to get off the fucking couch 2 or 3 times to take pictures for the face creation thing you see in these games. The guy has how many fucking selfies on Instagram to use, but instead he wastes his fans time taking more. Even people like Derich were saying how boring this stream was, and what was it all for? He is going to drop this game for Wolfenstein/Origins/Mario so why bother putting this much effort into making a character. Hope the fan that bought him the game got his $60 worth. Oh and of course the game is a piece of shit and the developers suck and fucked everything up ect.

Yes, he does watch detractors videos.
Most recent "proof": Tevin made a video on oct 14... I think that was it when he talked about saying "for the lulz". 2 days later, dsp made a "for the lulz" joke. Maybe its a coincidence, but I dont think so. I dont remember he ever doing that joke.

A stumbling Phil enters his living room, bottle of gin in hand. He flips on his tv's YouTube app and notices a completely new Tevin video. He clicks the button and proceeds to watch it.

He takes a mighty swig from his bottle and plops down on his sofa. As he watches it and the minutes go by, he begins to get angrier and angrier. Soon his face is red. The rage the King of Hate is known for was truly at a critical point.

He abruptly stands up.

"What Tevin? You think you're better than me? You think you're so bad huh?"

He smashes the bottle of gin against a table, making a shiv.

"Let's see how bad you are then....Tevin!"

Frustrated that it is only Tevin on a tv screen, he screams and tosses the rest of the bottle at the tv, destroying it.

"Hello everyone. Guys I got some bad news. I was dusting last night and I slipped and fell into my living room tv. The tv actually broke! I can't believe Phillips would make such a terrible product. Anyways I'd really appreciate it if you donate to my Patreon."
