As far as I know, Junius hasn't made a public response to the tweet, it's most likely because she doesn't want to reveal her pre-trans face, she would have definitely seen it by now and almost always responds to tweets making fun of her.
Imagine being her parents. You're daughter is honestly pretty into some weird stuff but hey at least she's taking care of herself and trying to be vaguely social acceptable. Then jump cut to that picture of five years later. You'd think she was ill or something.
