Yeah, I was about to say that looks like a fukkin gollywog or whatever the fuck they called those racist caricatures in old cartoons. I guess if an actual black person drew it thats not as bad, but it's still pretty unfortunate.
I'm also kind of amazed an actual black person (?) drew a character with vitiligo, usually the SJWs who do that are lily white kids desperately trying to virtue signal (as are the creators of most ugly SJW art in general).

Speaking of vitiligo, and I've been thinking of this for a couple pages now, none of the artists in this thread have drawn it right. It doesn't come in random blobs--the patches of skin that are lighter(without melanin)are usually mirrored on each side of the body. What shows up one place shows up in the other.
It's not just fuckin...patches like you see on a calico cat or some shit.

Not to mention that the vitiligo drawn here (and on most of Tumblr), is not remotely anatomically correct. They draw the spots in giant random stripes and blotches all over the place with zero understanding of how the condition actually manifests.
Vitiligo very seldom appears in random spots like the pattern on a pinto pony. For most people with vitiligo, the inactive melanocytes are clustered around small extremities, like the nose, ears, fingers, toes, and eyelids. Also important to note is that 90% of vitiligo cases of non-segmental, meaning they effect the body in a mostly symmetrical pattern. None of that is represented in how Tumblr draws it.
Also worth noting is that just under 1% of the world population is effected by it regardless of race. Yep, there are brown and white people who have it too, Tumblr.

I guess since it's more striking on black people (and there are those black models that have it), they get favored in artwork.

You have to love how they take a guy who by Fire Emblem: Awakening standards is Japanese (or the closest to Japan in the Awakening world) and make him far more dark-skinned than he is in canon. Couldn't they have made fanart of Basilio, Aversa and Flavia, aka actually dark-skinned Awakening characters?
