On the one hand, putting him in the dementia unit would be good for the kids and dogs of Tucson (as well as his long suffering tard wranglers at the TPD) but... on the other hand, I feel sorry for the nurses and CNAs that would have to deal with him. I guess at least they'd all either be 1) too old or 2) the wrong species for him to molest.
