IIRC, Ian apologized, Ethan tweeted he was going to drop the lawsuit, then immediately after Ian posted a "Not really sorry, I lied to get his lawyers off my back" video, probably jumped the gun and didn't even wait to make sure the lawsuit was actually dropped.
