Me too. There's this one nigger who has been working there exactly as long as me. Usually when you say "this person doesn't do a goddamn thing all day" it's an exaggeration- they generally do some sort of bare minimum. Well this nigger literally does nothing - if not told to do something will just stand around talking, if he is told to do something he will sit in the bathroom and watch cartoons on his phone.

For years I would make sure everything was done before he came in. Normally I have no problem being the one person doing everything, it makes my day go by quicker. So over a period of years there were TWO TIMES where he had to come in and immediately, God forbid, do the job he's being paid to do. Both times came back and bitched to me saying I'm slacking. So after that ever since I would go out of my way to leave a mess for his ass. And come to find out on top of that, for this period of years I'm covering his worthless black ass, he is talking shit trying to blame me for everything he doesn't do. The managers all know what his deal is but don't do a thing because they are also, surprise, niggers. So learning about in-group preference the past couple weeks has been enlightening if not surprising.

The head nigger in charge is a rare 110iq, off the boat African bulbhead. Normal human intelligence, hard worker, the type you would assume hates the lazy Americanized pavement ape.

So I send this (boss) nigger a list of 10 or 12 dates, times and locations of this lazy nigger punching in, going immediately to bathroom, and staying an average of 45 min to an hour before starting to work. It's a national retail chain, cameras everywhere, time theft gets you fired if not prosecuted. Never heard anything back about it.

Around that same time I start getting nitpicked on by the lower level nigger supervisors.

The job pays for college, I'm 80 credits into a bachelors degree out of 120 needed so I just have to hold on another year and a half, maybe two years. I always made sure to never tell any of these nigger managers that the company pays for my school lest they try and hold it over my head. Obviously they could find out if they wanted to, but I'm hoping to just be meek and agreeable to get through it.

I've noticed that gardening/raising plants seems like a fairly common hobby with more civilized black people. I live in a pretty shit area and the more human of my darker neighbors mostly have pots outside apartments with verdant plants. One of them got permission from the apartment complex to plant a whole bunch of exotic plants in a stretch of dirt outside, which are doing extraordinarily well. Obviously the majority absolutely do not care about their living spaces whatsoever (there's constantly broken glass on the sidewalks, my sister had to take her dog to the vet from licking up some amphetamine he found in the grass, shit's dilapidated and dirty...) but I do really appreciate the efforts of the gardeners to make the area less of a shithole.

There's a scene in Empire of Dust (the "it's all so tiresome" documentary) where they call a quarry and ask for a certain quantity of gravel. The quarry owner assures them he can supply it. So the next morning, they drive all the way to the quarry with multiple dump trucks ...and find that there isn't as much gravel as they were promised.

I think about that a lot. The quarry owner knew who they were - he had heard of the big project with the Chinese government. All he had to say, when the call came, was "I can fill one dump truck, but not two" - something like that. The Chinese would have gladly bought all he had available, and sourced the rest from another quarry.

Bonus: the Chinese would then have a good relationship with the quarry owner. They'd buy more in the future when he produced it.

Instead, he burned any trust they might have had. They relied on him and he lied for absolutely no reason. He caused a delay in the project. Why did he do it??

There's a meme that they cannot conceptualize the future, and therefore the consequences of their actions. That really must be true. There's just no excuse for what the quarry owner did.

Anyway, you can imagine how disastrous this must be for a farmer - a profession where everything you do is focused on some future reward.
