Do they just not warn police departments these days about blatant constitutional violations? The civil suits that inevitably issue from blatantly unconstitutional citations like this are very expensive to settle. That Shiloh lady up there in Minnesota is in line for a second windfall when she and her lawyer are done raping that joke of a court, for example.

I mean, this is old shit. It's been settled for a long time. Marsh v. Alabama (1946), Cantwell v. Connecticut (1940), Kunz v. New York (1951) and Hague v. C.I.O. (1939) all said in various ways and details "no faggots you can't punish preachers for preaching, dumb fucks, it's literally right there in the 1A." And SCOTUS has even slapped this shit back down in recent times; see Olivier v. City of Brandon, Mississippi (2026).

I don't know what these uppity dumbasses are doing, but "thinking" is clearly not on the list of possibilities. Eating paste or sniffing glue, maybe.

Yes but have you considered a white female was unhappy with him and thus he was wrong?

The average age of a judge is around ~69 years

The average age of police officer is around ~39 years

Due to this generational gap we have a situation where the newer police officers are either uneducated about the law or unwilling to enforce it as written. What's the point of having a law on the books when some faggot or dyke with a badge can put your face on the concrete or otherwise ruin your life because they felt like it?

It could be worse. I actually prefer that American police are so decentralized, because the alternative is the United Kingdom where disregard for the law in the interest of social justice is more formally codified; they select for officers that selectively enforce the law. In the U.S. there is no incentive for an officer to do this other than his/her own personal convictions.

Mamdani just doxed everyone in NYC with a property worth 1m or more
This nigger just published a fucking hit list, and a poorly-vetted one at that. Some of the people on that list are going to fucking die as a DIRECT result of this list and he's not going to care.

We REALLY need to bring back lynching.

Remember, the courts have held that police departments can screen and reject high intelligence applicants.

She cited him for "disurderly cunduct."
I mean, the o in disorderly is closed and the first o in conduct is a bit open but... Holy shit, people have handwriting and it's not 100% perfect and has different styles. If you're going to clown on someone, clown on them without being disingenuous. Maybe not the "lol her handwriting isn't literally perfect" and maybe more on the "Hey, this stupid bitch just blatantly violated the first amendment."

Today I was annoyed at the heat and the constant risk of biting insects when working outside, and how you can't really wear protective clothing when it's 112 degrees without wanting to die. The idea I came up with is a primitive form of civilian power armor, a thick protective suit that is air conditioned so it can be worn indefinitely outside (assuming proper resources).

Now I think I might be preemptively banned from Europe for literal thought crimes.

Get one of those little waist fans you clip under your shirt. They will save your ass if you're working outside. I spent the entirety of last summer up on a commercial roof, basically a solar oven and one of those fans, plus soaking my shirt in ice water was basically a personal swamp cooler. Can't recommend highly enough.

Somehow I've never heard of those fans before. You unironically might have saved me from heatstroke in some coming day.

Also a wet shirt works unreasonably well in my experience. I did that even at home, back in times when I lived without AC. Cheers!

Bananas at Stop and Shop in Brooklyn:

thank you mamdani, ill be able to save 20 cents on an already incredibly cheap food item that would already be covered by EBT/WIC for those poor enough to need subsidized food
1000022834.jpg
Groceries are already free its called SNAP and food banks
My bet is he's intending for the low prices to entice middle class NYers to shop there and increase volume, helping to cover the losses. In reality, the city will just lose a ton of money on this, so they're basically giving out free food. It's SNAP with extra steps.

The shoplifting will be a feature, not a bug. They really want poors to go in and just take shit, since the whole goal is to give out free, city subsidized food anyway. And they can never stop, much less prosecute a shoplifter, as the optics for the DSA would be horrible. As far as their voters are concerned, shoplifting is decriminalized because if you're stealing you need it anyway and The State should just provide for you.

And it will be The State...of NY, since NYC taxes can't cover their whole budget and Upstate has to kick in. So people in places like Plattsburgh and Elmira get to help the DSA buy votes with their tax dollars. Communism Rocks!

I don't know why anyone thinks the Democrat establishment is going to roll over and give the DSA the reigns. Of course they're a rising force, but the liberal elites aren't going to release their grip on the system any time soon. I think the idea of some communist uprising is just cope from chuds who know that an actual America First movement on the right is even more unlikely.
Because the only one left funding them are the CCP, and they like the socialists more.

In other news.. mamdani announces the long awaited city run grocery stores.
1000039899.mp4

Can't wait to watch videos of the niggers descending on these stores, gang-running a shoplifting spree while trashing the place and then bragging about it online while doing that gay ass finger gun trigger thing like they just pulled a bank heist. I give it less than a year before these stores are mostly empty from lack of funds and goods because any time they're stocked, Da'Quan and his butt pirates show up and empty it out for TikTok views.

Mamdani just doxed everyone in NYC with a property worth 1m or more
Am I crazy, or is 1m just over the median value of housing in NYC anyways? Like... having a million dollar property in NYC isn't a fucking luxury. It's barely above average.
