I remember how gleefully Nick laid out his strategy to fuck with Aaron during the trial. He bragged he was gonna make the court watch all of Hackamania so it'd be on the record as if that was going to do anything other than make the judge hate him for subjecting him to that garbage.
I'm sure that judge wishes 'Exile' was a punishment he could issue and just kick everyone involved out of his jurisdiction so they can be another courts problem.

This is unique, the court takes the position that Nick is actively attempting to fuck with Johnson. That is a very strong take.
It is also fucking obvious from both Nick's own leaked info from the hearing (which Moody spread) and what Momma K said about Nick's behavior in court.
Nick was openly hostile towards Johnson on multiple occasions in that hearing, and loudly berated him after the last one (which the judge also mentions).
Yeah it almost reads like a KF post with a college degree in parts.
He's literally saying "Nick is a pretentious, obnoxious cunt that doesn't know shit and needs to shut the fuck up and stop interrupting the trial" in a polite, diplomatic way.
