I started noticing that Chance was playing some non-cloud/Game Pass games on his account. Within the past 24 hours, he added some Xbox 360 game keys and more non-Game Pass games.
So, I ran all the games he played through an AI to confirm my theory, which it did. Also, one of the games says it is specifically for the Series X|S.

I have Game Pass Ultimate, and I used to game on an Xbox console before switching to PC a few years back. A lot of games I bought on console I have the opportunity to play through the cloud, even if they aren't on Game Pass; that is my best guess for this theory. Cloud gaming can be uber frustrating. Will work for 10 minutes, then you will have 10 minutes of laggy hell. You need tippy top internet before it's a truly viable alternative to native gaming. Forza Horizon 2 is not available on any platform, as it was delisted everywhere due to expired licenses. The only way Chance could be playing it is if he had a physical copy or an account that already owned it.
The game is not available on Xbox Cloud, and as far as I know, digital games cannot be emulated. Now, does a Chromebook meet the requirements to run Xenia? No. The gameplay on-screen also looks very smooth for something that is being streamed through the cloud or emulated on a Chromebook.
Accept it, Chance has a new Xbox. It's not so far-fetched to think he lied about not having a console.
