The Chinese AIs show that's it's more then possible for companies to host their own AIs on-premise, which makes that bulk of these datacenters moot. When you add in the fact that we are clearly in a bubble, it's clear that as soon as that bubble pops a good portion of AI infastructure will not be neccessary.
