Jonathan Yaniv / "Jessica Simpson" / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

Note that the PAI returned as invalid because Yaniv tripped the internal consistency and diagnostic questions for intentional manipulation of responses to steer the results.
Sounds like the F and T scales in the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory. He either is too dumb to fake those out, or deliberately did it to make the test results invalid (I don't think he's smart enough for that). It doesn't always mean intentional lying but it does raise red flags that the results are unreliable.

Can either of you explain what the impact of that would be? Is it just 'Here's the results, k bai' or would it trigger further referrals?

Yep, and to this day, MMPI-3 is thought to be better at detecting exaggerations and outright falsehoods about symptoms, so it's still in use, at least in the States, for forensic and litigation purposes.

The PAI was supposed to fix some of the headaches with the MMPI by being faster to administer, written for a 4th-grade reading level, and keyed directly to symptoms in the DSM. Here we see the shrink handily pegging the test results to DSM-5-TR 309.28.

Then the hard part begins: 309.28 has a ticking clock. The symptoms must develop within three months after a stressor begins and persist for more than six months after the stressor ends.

So what matters is whether Yaniv was a screaming meemie earlier than the workplace incident he's reporting.

Gee, can the tugboat authorities consider Yaniv's shrieking at RCMP dispatchers to send 80 SWAT teams and a waaaambulance to his BC strata because Donald Smith was in the building with a shotgun hunting him (when Donald was actually in AB) many, many, months before a new killer stalked dear Jessi?

Depends why the person is being tested. You'd probably get different results if they were just deciding whether to hire you (they would drop you like a hot potato) or as part of a pre-sentencing investigation, or just to find out what the fuck is wrong with you.

How can all his mental anguish be caused by an ex employer?

There's no way this was a sexual assault, he was ugly as a bloke and no different pretending to be a female, so the chances of anyone wanting to get closer than "in the same call centre" is pretty unbelievable.

He's never been employed anywhere long enough for anything to happen on a work related basis.
I don't recall reading he was ever kept on longer than the probationary period

He's talking about when he was "working" for a private investigator, Dianna Holden (aka Jolene Karen Johnson), who he was soon harassing with the same sped shit he's done to Kari Simpson.

He also filed a claim against Holden for $44k in unpaid salary (lol) and a false injury complaint with WorkSafe BC, which I take it is where the shrink's report comes in.

This MM article from March is a good starting point with links to more (Archive.ph | Ghost Archive).

MeowMix has scored court documents regarding the aftermath of Miriam Yaniv's uttering death threats at an esteemed elder, Alison Savenkoff, a year ago. Miriam was arrested for that. Jonathan then sued Ms. Savenkoff, claiming her alleged ankle-biting Pomeranian had injured him.

@Hyacinth Bucket (Bouquet) caught some of the action last year. But now, there's a wealth of detail, probably hilarious at times. I am too job-encumbered to feast just now: Meowmix | Archive.ph
Ghost Archive threw up a file-size fail error. This is a random kick-me Pomeranian capable of savaging little Jessi:

Amazing this fat fuck is still alive. I lurked the fuck out of this thread when that one insider from his neighbourhood posted here.

It's incredible what the human body can endure. Living in filth, origami crotch parts rotting off, terrible eating habits and hygiene, and yet it is still breathing and suing!

Harper Grey is handling the defence for Michael Weller, so he's insured and his insurer is managing it. Harper Grey is a biglaw firm that does a ton of the insurance work. They might be familiar with Yaniv already; I think they act for medical people fairly often as well.

Branch MacMaster is a litigation boutique that also does a lot of insurance work. Both of these are downtown Vancouver firms.

Yaniv's lawyer is a small outfit in Abbotsford, ALG. They seem to do mostly family law but I guess occasionally pick up other work.

I thought ALG's choice of stock photos was kind of funny:

I think you can see what their bread and butter is.

Yaniv's original complaint is obviously AI-composed. It's got all of that AI rule-of-threes talk. AI thinks that human beings like things to be in groups of three and so uses them constantly. The dog isn't just off-leash. She's "entirely unleashed, untrained, and unsupervised." Mr. Waller didn't just ignore the incident. He failed to act with "urgency, remorse, or accountability." And we have that AI banger conclusion in the last paragraph: "What makes this whole episode especially egregious is . . . "

Animal Control found that the owners probably weren't even home that day. Also the dog was tiny, friendly, and rolled over for the visiting animal control officer.

The dog wasn’t attacking Yaniv. It smelled what it assumed was a corpse and its residual wolfie genes reminded it to have a taste. The cankle is an area of interest to carnivorous animals. Of course it would start there. Just a taste.

The logistics of the story are nonsensical.
There's absolutely no way that little dog could open its jaws wide enough to get enough purchase on that fat fools leg, it's like a cat trying to bite an oak tree.
As for "reaching down to shoo it away", there's no way that waste of DNA could reach down to the height of the dog.

The funniest part has to be the claim that neither of the accused were actually in the building the day this savage and wild beast broke down the door and mauled Jon.

Also the dog was tiny, friendly, and rolled over for the visiting animal control officer.

This part made me smile, imagine turning up to a report of a dangerous dog in your role as an animal control officer and instead you get to play with a happy little cloud

Also Pomeranians are 90% fur, they weigh almost nothing. I can't imagine a breed of dog less capable of doing a human damage
