I mean posting that is a threat in a way. if a sites dnb and the moderator goes awol for more than a day and someone posts 'p your site can get shut down almost immediately. I guess theyre not swatting but if theyre doing shit like that id presume its a threat. with that said how can u prosecute a retard 13 year old who posts. Juve? I dunno.
