Hey, DingDong, since you are reading each post, upload the VOD so we can have the "context" that is being edited out, otherwise shut the fuck up about it.
 
They used to make like $6k per month for like a year after the split.

DD would always make a big show of refunding donators money on stream. His last huge meltdown was when Matt donated.
 
is DD actually reading this shit in real time? if so I want to say: it was incredibly obvious that the whole oneystays thing was a labor of love from you two, especially DD. right away from just the games you picked, and it was clear from how you talked about YIIK that is was something you brought to the table. dude there are people posting in this thread this very day with YIIK profile pics and it's 100% because of you, and the fact they loved that playthrough that you made happen. that thing about chris making some comment about "let's have a big finale, oops lol" about some other series, and you said he was only knocking himself...yeah, I think that's self-deprecating or at most deprecating his channel, not you. as far as I know he's been pretty good about not bringing you and julian up at all, which is what you want.

I can 100% believe Chris was probably hard to work with. The thing on sleepycabin where that entire room of animators all say "put a gun to my head and kill me if I ever start a lets play channel" and then they all started lets play channels is very well known. Probably working on the channel, the thing that actually ended up being the closest thing to a proper job and income source, was a source of existential dread for him because it was such a self-betrayal. When you talk about the problems with oneystays and all the chaos, it sounds to me like someone coasting through a project through internal psychic resistance. I don't want to seem like I'm downplaying anything shitty he did, but some of the way you talk about things being very directed makes you sound paranoid, especially when a lot of the stuff you're bringing up is oblique references, essentially dog-whistles.

At this point Chris can do nothing, anything from this point will be because DD decided to poke the kiwi farms directly. All could have been avoided if he spoke to Chris about any issues he had but instead he wants to see daggers in every shadow and hold his complaints until they explode out,
