A bit of information: obviously, the purpose of a prosecutor is to convict the defendant, but I believe the evidence was stacked against him, and the prosecutor told Mark, "Hey bud, how about we cut this short? You plead down to harassment instead of a felony," thus leading to a conviction but not the one they originally had. It's possible he snitched, but he also maybe didn't unless it was found out that he has a co-defendant or they knew he was a part of Kennel Kickers. We wouldn't know until the case ends and we get court transcripts
