Another one I just watched last night was this one:

He's not in a full tantrum like the one where the police put a camera in his room and he started a shitfit, and everyone is surprisingly calm when what it sounds like is he wanted to leave (probably because nurse no wipe bum bum) and he was like heaving himself against those security double doors or something and trying to break through.

An odd part to me, and it's probably just that everyone was tuning 80% of what he said out, is that in his screed about why he can't go to ECMC or other places he says "they won't take me they don't think I need help they say I'm malingering." nobody immediately said anything or had that look like the pieces clicked together. Many probably did think it though or already had an inkling.
 
New complaining because everything he wants is not immediately in place.


Big takeaway I am hearing is Andy bitched and moaned about nothing being good enough so he got dropped again because he kept making people pay for trying to help.

He also thinks he'll die if left unsupervised, like he's gonna choke on a small object he put in his mouth or die of SIDs or whatever.

Recording starts at 10:41:18, according to the onboard clock, and the phone call is already well underway. Lord knows how long this has been going on already, and what has been cut out. He appears to be harassing PA Health & Wellness today.
At 10:43 the male operator hangs up on Amdy, which begins an automated questionnaire, causing him to begin to seethe. This is very funny, so he cut it out, but director Amdy is such a shit editor that we still get a snippit of it: "Of course he's gonna fuck—"
Five minutes of coping, seething and re-dialating the hotline have been lost here, and the clock jumps forward to 10:48. Amdy gets a female operator this time around. Amdy continues to babyrage at her, lies about Sunrise buzin and nuhglecting and dropping him some more, and demands to know why he isn't receiving a reassessment every time he tardrages like he feels he is due. Surely, you'll get the diagnosis you want with just one more reassessment. He demands care now now now or he might DIE!
Amdy has an in-person complaint review with them on the 24th. A representative tried to reach out ahead of this meeting, but Amdy ignored the call. Andy blames them for this, because they din't give him the phone number for a different home health care service called Inspire. Claims another male "friend," Azury(?), was tardsitting him that morning, but he left already. Amdy WANTS DAT HEWP and invents a conspiracy theory that they aren't re-evaluting him to protect themselves from negligence, and not because he is just a fake.
Amdy is placed on hold at 10:59. He seethes to himself that this is his fourth call today. Proceeds to audibly shuffle around and get his tard speak and spell to start composing tardbabble monologues for when the poor operator gets back. Even though no one can hear him, he starts playing the tardbabble to the accompaniment of the canned smooth jazz muzak. He gets the tard tablet to say he wants a hug, and other absurdities.
At 11:01, a manager returns to the line instead of the previous operator. He proceeds to ignore all of her establishing questions to mald about the same old shit. Her attitude can be summed up as "how the fuck is this our problem" and he hopes he dies because they no give him dat hewp. She decides to dump him off to a caseworker that will totally call him back, despite his usual tard game of saying he doesn't know his phone number. The phone call was ended at 11:03:19. Andy did not get his ass wiped.

It's a common Amby tactic. He thinks the "right to a safe discharge" means that he has to be discharged into a group home, the only environment he deems safe. What it really means is the hospital can't discharge someone into a trap house, or just dump them at the county line to get rid of them.

It always goes like this:

The hospital can and will trespass his ass. The "Safe Discharge" thing is entirely subjective on the part of the hospital based on current and presenting MEDICAL diagnosis. The hospital cannot simply dump admitted patients. But skells and crazy people in the ER? Oh fuck yeah! As long as they are not presenting with an actual medical crisis. For things like Amdy they will call the care agency and ask what the terms of discharge are for the poopsquatch? The agency will tell them what his current approved services are, and that he is fine to be sent home by himself.

And Amdy fails to realize that ER'S have a remarkable memory. The Doctors may come and go. The Nurses may be per diem fill ins. But the Clerks? The Admitting Clerk and the ER Clerk? There are only a handful of them on staff. They stay for years. And they talk to each other constantly. If a patient comes in their doors 3 or more times within a short time frame they know exactly who they are, what the story is, and they put the entire patient history in front of the Doctor and Nurse treating him. They know all of their frequent flyers. They know the problem children, the pill shoppers, the street schizo's, the lonely little old man who fakes chest pain every Saturday night so he has somebody to talk to (yes this is a thing). Amdy's chart is without question flagged.
