In this case, she was about to drown because she has zero capacity to regulate her emotions - meaning, when she feels something, she can't just put it aside for a moment and think rationally how to get out of the situation. Once she has a feeling, the feeling takes over and controls her.
This makes perfect sense from the standpoint of evolution. Thinking is expensive, in terms of energy usage. It's also slower. Feelings and instincts are fast and cheap. In her ancestral environment, she's capable of invoking System 2 when she's not under stress. If she needs to cross a stream, for example, she can sit quietly and try to work out how to do it. But, in her ancestral environment, when there's danger, it's likely to be a predator running towards her. System 2 isn't going to help. But a feeling (fight of flight) would help.
We see this all the time in the videos posted here. Once they have a feeling - game over. They're going to act on the feeling, with no further thinking. This is why Colin Flaherty named his book: Don't Make the Black Kids Angry - he was referring to this phenomenon.

Having done deliveries, I get where the guy is coming from. People have unrealistic expectations with wanting to specify extra requests when the drivers get paid nothing and are timed on deliveries but you gotta be smart enough not to lose your cool. Just drop it off on her porch and move on instead of being an idiot and trying to force your way inside.
This is one of the reasons I think we need to completely rearrange how we handle policing. Not in some namby-pamby restorative justice bullshit way, but maybe pulling cops off the street after they do a tour of duty, because constant exposure to retards and scum has to be corrosive to your mind and soul.
That said, I don't fault him for drilling her with that right straight. That is a no shit nightmare scenario for a cop: someone manages to get their gun. And triggering it? Holy shit. It's a damn blessing no one was hit. And all the while she's running her mouth.

This fucking guy. Complete NPC. They just get stuck in "find a way out" mode like a caged animal. Asking over and over for the same thing. Telling the officer he's not going to run but the second he sees a window, he tries to take off running even while cuffed. These people legitimately think that ancient Europe had the same demographics as modern day Paris or Berlin.
There are today more Indians in England than there ever were English people in India. Sit on that for a moment; these people want more Indians in fucking Europe, in a historical setting, when they were not even a dominant demographic let alone a minority. And these people DO complain about blonds in North Africa because they think there are none there, even where the R1a/R1b haplogroup can be found there.
Likewise, once upon a time, France only had 4k-5k blacks during the turn of the 19th century, so please, inform us of where all these swarms of Rastafarians and Bantus were hiding back then. Now the Ile de la Citie is so swarmed with Africans that it might be over 80% non-French.
They always say white women age like shit and yet they're always wearing the hair of other women (that they don't wash for MONTHS), have the highest obesity rates behind Native American/Pacific Islander women, and are riddled with STDs/UTIs/you name it. It's pure jealousy.

This very same thing happened when they gave homeless drug addicts on skid row in Los Angeles free housing. They destroyed the inside totally to the point where millions had to be spend repairing and cleaning it. The idea that fixing issues in society are as simple as "Oh let's just give them housing and it's all fixed!" is laughable.
I feel like "just give them housing" would work if we lived in a society of decent white people. If someone gave you, or me, or any random asshole making under $20 a free house, I'm sure we'd be able to maintain them and treat them halfway decently. It's when the problem elements of society, namely nigs and the severely mentally unwell, are expected to integrate to a society they literally cannot be part of in a healthy way, there becomes a problem. They need to bring back asylums and idk, something for the black people who make it so we can't have nice things. I still think turning one of the empty shitty desert states into a thunder dome would be a good idea.

The closing of asylums is one of the biggest mistakes made in American history. The reason why every single major American city is crawling with insane people who shit in the street and cause violence comes down to taking away the hospitals that once housed them. If someone was on the sidewalk screaming and throwing their shit in the 1950s they would be taken in a paddy wagon, drugged and given help in a mental ward. Today they are either thrown in jail overnight or more commonly just left to be insane.
If it were up to me I'd take every single last penny given to Israel and put it into funding our mental hospitals.
