I don't mean to double post but I got something I really gotta get off my chest.

From in general watching documentaries, experiencing their behavior firsthand, and several cows - my sympathy for addicts is at absolute fucking zero. Bar none be it drugs, gambling, booze, whatever. Is it tragic to see someone spiral down like that? Yes, it's a tragedy but here's the thing I don't think most people understand about addicts - they don't want help so stop trying, they'll only ever get clean when they want to.

And the sorta blackpill here in regards to junkies is that they do not think the way they live is a problem, they've mostly become so irrevocably fucked in the head that they've come to hate the idea of sobriety, Nick Rekieta is ironically a very good example - he readily admits he hates his court mandated sobriety because he, like so many others would rather be fucked up all day.
 
I support Trans rights
Do believe that certain people are better off in another identity than forcing themselves to live a life they hate
But not gonna lie, I think a majority of Trans people are fake or grow out of it

I have been around some adult transwomen & transmen in the outside world, they’re pretty chill level headed people who are active & not grooming kids

But I swear, the majority of terminally online transgirls are guys who goon so hard they lose all their testosterone with their sperm, they almost always become detransitioners or predators

I don’t accept the identities of physically inactive & mentally ill low attention-span perverts

The argument I heard against accepting trans people about them not having kids makes no sense to me, you are literally on a website that started off as a forum documenting Chris-Chan
The prime example of why some people shouldn’t have kids, as well as Bob’s pre-existing son saying he hates him

Also the majority of sex offenders are still young adult peers/uncles/neighbors/fathers who coerce or isolate teenage girls into sex, prison rapists, and female teachers/bosses on young men

Small Businesses are just as or worse than chain stores.

They're usually family operated or operated by some dude who christened themself being the change against the tide of capitalism. But, they end up bending the knee to mark ups and overall shitty services that they claim they'd never be like with national chain stores.

National stores may charge you $14 a shirt, but their sales can make it affordable. Whilst some small business could charge you $30 a single shirt. And oh god the guilt-tripping violin that small business owners play about how they think they're the end-all or be-all.

It all boils down to what you need to get, what is valued and whether someone is actually fair about it when running a business. But a lot of the time, small businesses go down in flames because their business practice just sucked and are crying crocodile tears because Wal-Mart kicked a dozen of them off to make way for their store.

I haven't even touched on what it could be like working for one of them. You could be subjected to fluctuating pay, may end up arguing with the owner or pay or schedule more than you would working for a bigger store, the drama that could happen with the family or that one guy and it just piles on.

And not to mention, they might not even give you benefits for working for them.

So, I'm not sorry small businesses got fucked over during covid or got fucked over whenever wal-mart does decide to come into town, put 20 of them out of business.

Most people are just not suited to running a business. They seem actively averse to being business minded about it and fuck themselves over, can't give their customers good prices or a decent wage to anyone working for them. Frequently they have weird hours that don't make sense and limited stock that on top of being sparse is also basic bitch stuff you can get anywhere else.

Smaller businesses that run primarily online shops tend to do better. They usually have products that are actually more unique as opposed to what is offered at larger retailers and because they warehouse and have a larger customer base their prices aren't insane.

The worst thing is that they act like you owe them your patronage because they're "trying to do business the right way" or whatever the fuck else. A lot of their items are made in the same sorts of factories so it's just ever more marked up from usual retailers or it's stuff they "made" (i.e. put some spitshine or paint on to make it "theirs") and then mark up to some ridiculous price. And they take everything personally!

I really don't have anything to add of my own. "Small business owners" just really fucking annoy me. I was once at a used book shop and the guy kicked all the customers out because he had to drive some college kid he was helping out or something to their job. I haven't been back since. It was like in the middle of the fucking day! You can't do shit like that if you want to keep your shop running WTF.

People need to stop taking their dogs everywhere. Your dog is not going to die if you leave it at home for an hour while you run errands. They need to accept the fact that not everyone likes dogs. There's nothing inherently wrong with disliking dogs. I say this as someone who absolutely adores animals and has been around them my entire life.

Byzantines don't exist, never existed, and fills in voids the lazy retards know fuck all about. If asking gaslight bots need to use placeholder otherwise the subject is avoided. Regardless it'll still gaslight stating they never called themselves by that name being they were Roman.

In their defence they aren't the only academic field that uses placeholders, not trying to piss all over your corn flakes, and that tactic is abused constantly in media whether social, stream, print, or broadcast.
