They're talking about the trucks in the background of the picture. We're trying to cut off Bandar Abbas because it handles 55% of total import/exports and 90% of container traffic. We're doing the same thing in the other major port in Chabahar which will leave Iran with only the small ports on the Caspian Sea which are useless since their only major trading partner on the Caspian is Russia and they aren't in a position to help right now and the Chinese paid for railroad that was already bombed once by someone, we still don't know who.
