Eh, not as much as they were. I saw maybe a ten-cent jump yesterday, and I live in one of the higher-cost areas of the country, where gas never dropped below $3.69 even when oil futures were in the low 70s. Seems more like oil execs trying to get in some last-minute price gouging than anything.
It's hard to explain Middle Eastern Izzat to anyone who didn't grow up in that culture. Proving you have the biggest dick is literally more important than living. Even if your attempts to prove how big it is only result in revealing how small it is, if you can just succeed in making the other guy get bored and leave the conversation, you can assure yourself that you won the argument.

This is the best I can find of any damage to an American base in Jordan:
