Phil went shopping himself but then later that day doordashed icecream instead of getting it himself, meaning it didn't go straight to his and melted. Also the same day he did grocery shopping he didn't buy anything to cook dinner that night so they doordashed steamed dumplings. I cannot think of a food type that could be worst to get delivered via car after being cooked than soft steamed dumplings, they can travel from a kitchen to a table and thats it. He was dropping some money there and on quartering streams probably other places as well but the chat would always shit on him for being a DSP paypig and I think PPP said something about it as well. Seemed like he was trying to fit in elsewhere but no one wanted him lmao.
I thought Kat was cutting Phil's hair, but it may just be that he changed to someone who is really bad at haircuts. They weren't this awful when we know he was going to Curls n' Twirls.

The women's hair salon, Twirls and Curls, where he used to get it cut was in the bank leaks and probably got a bunch of troll attention. I'm guessing that he stopped going when that happened and started getting Kat to do it. It wasn't great back then because they don't cut men's hair, he likely asked them to cover up his hair loss, and his head is shaped weird but it wasn't NEARLY as bad as it's been since.
