To be clear, the >250k number is stated to come from just four states: California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada.

Considering the new state bill that makes it illegal for pretty much any election official to deny a ballot because signatures dont match. I bet at least 200k of this is from california alone, and there is probably more fraud on local levels (signing people up and voting for them without their knowledge. Dont need to worry about that pesky ONE signature required for mail in ballots when nobody can reject it for not being correct)
