I wonder if John knows that the beneficial effects of hyperbaric oxygen wear off in 2 - 4 hours. He didn't have surgery yesterday or today because he spent all day crashing out online. John is castrated. Estrogen is highly anabolic and admittedly is the only thing preventing his bones and muscles from crumbling to dust. Trannies lie about estrogen making them weak. It's not as potent as testosterone but a tranny on a high dose should have no trouble building muscle and doing sports. John is also full of shit because "forgetting to take it" for a day of two wouldn't cause his levels to drop significantly. He doesn't run.

He is also too breathlessly stupid to understand that this latest lie if physically impossible because his current praying mantis face is the product of extensive surgical rearrangment and this is imaginary "mom" and his imaginary "relatives" cannot look "just like him."
It is laughably false to credit a DNA test or genetic lineage for an appearance that was literally chiseled into existence by a cosmetic surgeon. John does not look like the women in his imaginary "family" naturally; the surgeon was paid to mechanically alter his male bone structure to approximate a female aesthetic.
If you think about it a little deeper, John can never be a woman, so he is making himself look like something that has never existed. The women he's claiming look just like him have also never existed. Thus, he is indeed making himself look exactly like his female family members, in that neither are existent. Well played, John!
I've said it before and I know it's awful, but I really want his hubris to catch up with him and fuck him over after one of these unnecessary surgeries. If he had psychiatric help worth a damn, his obsession with plastic surgery would be raising dozens of red flags.
