This has imbued me with sudden patriotism. How pray tell, does a single man like myself piss off England enough to receive one of these impotent threats? I'd very much enjoy the opportunity to tell them to fuck off.

Asking for myself
Make a website that tells UK residents exactly how to kill themselves using supplies that won't arouse suspicion from the local hardware store or pharmacy. Be sure it's targeted to the under 18 crowd.

Does OFCOM know about this?

Diplomats owe £165m in London congestion charges

They can’t even get fines from Americans literally in London.

  1. Find a sportsball forum used by God's Chosen, the Anglos.
  2. Spam shit about how we scored a goal, shit the bed and lost to the jungle wops, despite having diversity (TM) on our side.
  3. Draw attention to the obvious contradiction of random third-worlders representing England, and present examples of indigenous Englishmen who could have represented the country in their stead.
  4. Follow it up by spamming /pol/ stuff, preferably about black/MENA people (some of them run fast, which sometimes makes them good at sports, which makes up for all the rapes and stabbings somehow). We basically have a sunk cost fallacy at this point, whereby infinite rapes and murders are okay so long as some black and MENA people wearing whatever Euro kit they feel like kick a ball into a net which has been protected by other black and MENA people wearing the kit of whichever country they're pretending to represent but obviously hate.

Yuckmouths thinking they can bully the people who won every single war they ever fought against them and who they had to beg and plead for help against the Germans in both world wars when their entire country is less than one state? They must think our soldiers are as fat as our citizens.

The Judge has "6 months" to address issues.
Hello from two months in the future.

It has now been exactly six months since the last anything happened in the court case, and in six weeks from now, a full calendar year will have elapsed since the case was filed. Meanwhile OFCOM carries on with its wankery, unopposed by anyone with the official capacity to tell them to bugger off.

But no doubt the judge is thinking really, really hard about it. :optimistic:

In what is probably a glimpse into the future Ofcom "closed" their case against Sanctioned Suicide, put it into long term monitoring and mentions that they intend to pursue the fine. This is probably the strategy until the lobbying for regulation in the US goes somewhere or a different administration takes power.

Losing then declaring victory, classic cuck move.

This still pisses me off though. OFCOM is toothless outside britbong island, it shouldn't be bullying anyone into a geoblock; but multiple targets have done it. Yet that language is a declaration that they have a criminal case against anyone who doesn't geoblock, even if they aren't subject to the jurisdiction at all. It's a threat to end run around explicit speech protections and attack a legal area where the protections aren't as clear cut, making the process the punishment all over again.

The UK should be forced to implement their own site blocks if they're so pissy about it. Right now they're outsourcing all the work to extraterritorial actors, on threat of legal and financial ruin, because they're too lazy to bully their own domestic ISPs. It's the most bureaucratic and retarded way to get what they want, which makes it classically British.

These shitheads deserve to be humiliated, publicly and repeatedly.

That's the only viable policy for ruling the world again.
All your money is electronic now. All the major payment processing routes are centralized. They all answer to legal demands with or without court backing, and none of them are fighting back. This is all intentional, so that bureaucrats with forms can control any entity they want.

Remember Count Dankula? He was planning to fight his fine, but the government just took it out of his bank account and closed the case. No recourse or protest available. That is the enforcement model. OFCOM's next move isn't to lobby the US government, it's to get the UK gov to decree any financial network that touches the UK must enforce its judgements automatically.

Modern bureaucrats with software wield more power than ancient kings could ever dream of.
