Welp Newsom signed Bill 73 in Commiefornia.

You know, the bill that makes it illegal for anyone aside from the Commiefornia Election Committee, the committee that is 100% controlled by the Commiefornia Democratic Caucus to examine cast ballots? Anyone who tries to seize or collect ballots, including law enforcement, aside from the allowed persons (ie the DNC agents) is guilty of a felony with fines and imprisonment as punishment.

As President Trump continues to threaten political interference in the upcoming midterm election, Governor Newsom signed a new law to strengthen California’s election protections ahead of the June 2 statewide primary — safeguarding voters, election workers, and ballot security from interference, intimidation, and unauthorized law enforcement activity. Watch here.

SB 73 strengthens California law by

  • Prohibiting any person from providing unauthorized access, disruption, modification, or seizure of voter rolls, voter lists, or certified voting technology to law enforcement agents — including federal agents — absent a court order or investigation into specific violations of California election law.
  • Restricting peace officers from interfering with election administration or disrupting election workers carrying out their duties, except in urgent public safety emergencies.
  • Requiring the California Department of Justice to issue guidance to county election officials on how to respond to requests from law enforcement seeking access to areas where ballots are cast, processed, or handled.
  • Increasing protections against illegal removal or seizure of voted ballots and establishing criminal penalties for knowingly taking ballots from election officials.
“Senate Bill 73 is a direct response to efforts by officials in the Trump Administration and local elected leaders to undermine our democracy piece by piece,” said Senator Sabrina Cervantes. “The enactment of SB 73 protects Californians’ sacred right to vote free from fear of intimidation or interference, and safeguards the essential integrity of elections in California. I want to thank Governor Newsom and my Democratic colleagues in the Legislature, especially Senate President pro Tempore Monique Limón, for their partnership in defending democracy in our Golden State.”

“When the President says he is going to disrupt an election, I believe him,”
said Senator Tom Umberg. “A successful effort to interfere in an election is what first motivated me to run for office 36 years ago. It is shocking and deeply troubling that people are still willing to threaten the very foundation of our democracy.”

So yah, it's now illegal for anyone but a very small, select group of people to examine any voting ballots cast in Commiefornia. Gee I wonder why they did that?

I also wonder how far Newsom will go if Feds swoop with a warrant for the ballots. I guess when that GoP sheriff went and got a warrant to examine the ballots from the last local election, you know the one where all the mail in votes just kept coming and coming and coming and coming until low and behold the Democratic candidates indeed won! He had to return them without examination after a state judge ruled he had no right to them, to no one's surprise, and nothing ended up happening but it must have triggered something in the DNC for them to be so blatant as passing a law like this. It's tantamount to just outright admitting that yes we cheat to win but you can no longer prove it because we have the ballots and you can't touch them. No doubt the next session will see the time ballots are supposed to be retained for lowered to a few days after the election's called so they can just be disposed of and no longer be a threat.

I hope the Feds do something about this, you can't get a more open admittance to fraud then "No you can't look at the records, we investigated ourselves and we found no foul play and by law your not allowed to check!"

This is how you know their elections are totally legitimate and that they have nothing to hide.

Doesn't this mean trump can declare them ineligible to vote in federal matters, completely eliminating their ability to vote for the president?

Fuck that cunt and her vanity nigger babies
Wonder how long it will be until we see one of their mugshots? I knew Barrett would be disaster the moment I learned about her Haitian kids. How can you trust someone who imported the third world into her own home out of White guilt (at considerable expense when thousands of American orphans languish in the hellish foster care system) to be sane on immigration? Demographic replacement is a far bigger threat to America than Roe v Wade ever was or could be.

that's the long and short of it.
Sure, supporting America is good, there's not a better country on the entire planet. But why are we doing this? I haven't seen anyone make a single argument that isn't an image macro. How does this help us? Is it a trick? Are we actually using Israel somehow? I'm genuinely asking because I haven't seen a single cope about this that makes sense.

Honesty I have no clue what this means. We're in uncharted waters here. Commiefornia is basically telling the Feds to fuck off, they have no power here. The last time a state did that...well nothing good came of it.

On the one hand Commiefornia is a lost cause and the GoP knows it so they may not want this fight that Newsom is trying to provoke. The Trump Admin may just ignore it and pretend it's nothing.
On the other hand...well Trump is no fan of this kinda of shit and Newsom himself in particular. Especially now that Newsom and his wife are both under DoJ investigation for corruption and RICO charges. Maybe Trump will pick up the gantlet and take this new law to SCotUS where he's not guaranteed a win btw. The Constitution gives states a lot of power over their elections and this law was passed legally and Roberts is a massive status quo cuck who probably will not want to rock the boat even with such a blatant over reach of state power.

So yah, I have no clue what this really means or if it means anything at all.

Go ahead and present your evidence of the "merge", and i want you to really provide details, with none of the groyper slop

Am I not understanding what section 219 / section 224 mean? Most of the articles and explanations I've read about it basically say that we're combining the intelligence aspects of our military. (AI, Quantum, cyber warfare, etc.)

I mean, I have found some articles downplaying the long term impacts of this decision, but they're all from Jewish sources, like this one.

So I'll ask what I asked originally again: Is there a cope about this, or are we Jew nation now? It was a serious question.

I think the realistic scenario is either:
-The law doesn't really change anything because things work out with everything going well outside of Cali
-It gets left alone because it doesn't matter
OR
-The law tilts some amount of Senate seats or House seats or whatever something that causes problems
-It gets taken to SCOTUS
-SCOTUS says it's obviously, blatantly, hilariously illegal and they're not allowed to have that law; but status-quo-cuckery will say there's no recourse for what the law already did, they just can't do it again (until they do with slight tweaks)

Chief Cuck Roberts is unironically the single most destructive individual in the entirety of politics currently
Dems keep talking about "packing the court" the second they get power back, and I hope Reps do it first, but there's no chance of that with suicidal RINOs forever being graceful losers

I guess I should point out, that once I read the whole bill, it does have a cut out for;

Prohibiting any person from providing unauthorized access, disruption, modification, or seizure of voter rolls, voter lists, or certified voting technology to law enforcement agents — including federal agents — absent a court order or investigation into specific violations of California election law.

I missed that on the first pass. It does seem Commiefornia will accept, at least they say they will, a legitimate subpoena from a court for a very specific voting violation investigation. I guess this bill was mostly designed to stop any kind of "fishing" expedition like the one the sheriff was doing just after the election. Now I'm not saying the California DNC isn't cheating, I'm sure they are and like crazy, but if some Fed can come up with a specific charge they say they'll honor it.

Still not great but not as terrible as I first thought.

My bad.

What is with people trying to run over ICE agents with their fucking cars all the time?
The people doing it think it's the noble and right thing to do. When Antifa and friends get involved, running over the enemy is strongly encouraged. Whats worse is when local officials and legal system all agree,
A car is the perfect weapon for a radical revolutionary. You can't be out there with a knife and if you have a gun then you have an uphill battle to climb to try prove you feared for your life against a legitimate threat to your life but a car gives you deniable plausibility. "I was scared! I turned that way by accident!" It even gives you some degree of deniability of being there in the first place, you're just driving down a street ICE was operating in, how could I have possibly known!!! There's no suspicion in having one, the real brainfucked ones can even bring a kid or pet along for the rid., For revolutionaries, everything is a tool for the mission.

We already know these people communicate and organize with signal chats, I would not at all be surprised if there's printed literature these freaks put out about the effectiveness of cars as ramming weapons with all these amazing upsides.
This is all organized as shown by the signal chats, secret code words, and how they relentlessly pursue what they suspect are ICE vehicles. In any other context, this would be stalking or targeted harassment.

The casualness with which the ICE agents broke the window and pulled him out of the car is very funny to me.
With everyone taking video intended to portray them in the worst possible light it's nice to see ICE keeping their poise and taking care of business as efficiently as possibly without making the situation worse. They seriously need dash and body cams to show more of this to anyone who isn't left wing that everything ICE does from start to finish is justified.

What gets me is how anyone that gets detained by ICE is immediately spun to be an innocent dindu. If the media, however, avoids mentioning detainees' legal status and tap dances around disclosing it, it's safe to assume they're in the country illegally.

Today I was walking down the street and I noticed 19 new delis in my city. Disgusting. I went inside one and was like “Listen, kikes. You can take my foreskin, but you will never have my nation!!” But then I found out it was a Greek restaurant and instead ate some Bakalava those dry ass gross meatballs.

Anyways, long story short, the Jews have the ability to camouflage among humans, and that’s scary. You think you got a Jew, and instead it’s done old ass nigga from Malta who looks like a sex pervert.

Basically, due to their ability to blend into whites, we should just accept them as this point. It’s that or have done shit like that movie the thing where I have to measure noses and their obsession with BBC cuck porn.
