Does it matter what my diagnosis is? I still am not functioning like a normal adult. I need help. Why does it matter what my diagnosis is or isn't? I can't choose what I have wrong with me. Why do people think they can force me to be someone who I am not able to be? Making a diagnosis is supposed to help a person. It is supposed to help treat symptoms a person has that bothers them. If you are coughing frequently, tired, trouble breathing, stuffy nose, sneezing, have body aches, too tired and these symptoms have been going on for a few days. These symptoms bother you. Don't you go to the doctor to get help so you feel better? Not having friends and being able to interact with others like I see other people doing around me. Having a hard time with understanding what people say bothers me. How I get frustrated with interacting with others and how others get frustrated with me bothers me. How unexpected changes bother me. How thunderstorms don't bother other people like myself but bothers me. How diaper rashes bother me. How I want to lose weight and be healthy longer. How I want to work like other adults. How I can't cook or do things other people are able to do. My repeative and restricted behaviors and interest and when something doesn't go as planned I get super upset. These things bothers me. These been a problem my entire life. Why am I not allowed to go to a doctor asking for help with these things I struggle with doing or are not safe for me?Am I avoiding taking care of myself? Am I depending on others to help me drink water so I don't get dehydrated? Am I avoiding responsibility for my behaviors when I did nothing wrong? Am I avoiding work? Am I depending on others to make decisions for me and to wash me and tell me what to do or when to do something or how to do something? Is this a dependent personality disorder or an accident personally disorder? Am I antisocial because I don't follow the social norms set by others because I have body odor or pee myself? Am I afraid to be abandoned by someone or sensitive to be left alone knowing I need help with coping and being safe? Or am I insecure about how people feel about me or do I have empathy? Do I act up on purpose because you don't want to help me or agree with me just to manipulate you or am I begging for you to help me so I don't upset other people and to help me follow the social rules? Or am I making it up believing that I have something wrong with me and delusional to believe anything other than what I think? Why do my doctors make the diagnosis the way they do? Am I faking my autism? When adult protective service said I don't care about other people, I depend on others, I avoid responsibility, I fake a disability to avoid responsibility for taking care of myself or wanting my way to get a benefit or wanting attention by recording and uploading it to the Internet. Or am I really autistic and intellectual disability because of my medical records shows symptoms of these issues since early childhood?
