Honestly it’ll be a lot sooner than that. The boomers are currently retiring, with almost all of them having exited the workforce by this time with those left trying to avoid the 30% cut for retiring early. That means a dramatic loss in skilled labour has just occurred, and no amount of infinite jeets can offset that. Things are already falling apart and it will be less then five years (possibly one or two) for even the boomers to suffer from the effects, and they still have around fifteen years after that to look forward to

I've been job hunting for a long while and to add to this: There is no intro jobs in my area, at all, however there are a not insignificant amount of veteran positions sitting open and have been sitting there for years at this point. Boomers may be retiring, but they still hold the keys to the kingdom and are not unlocking the economy any time soon.
